Then they said it was because in the middle of the month price increases had occurred and as I hadn't provided meter readings for them, they had estimated that half of the bill.

I am on Price promise fixed term till 31 Sept 2023 They put my tarrif up last October . They say im on variable . Meaning if tarriff goes down I pay less if goes up I pay more Im not on variable on my account says fixed term . Ombudsman agrees with them. Fixed means fixed no words on my account variable . They have 5.6 million customers. How many have they done this to.

We have now been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund from our account which has been in credit over £600 for months.

04, I spoke to 2 different people, first one came across scaring me so I hung up, I tried again second one was useless then she supposed of done a refund for me and sending me a cheque, as not heard anything I emailed them, got an email this morning which I totally could not understand so I rung about this email was told to ignore it as a cheque is going to be sent, after phoning I got an email saying it had been paid into my bank account which it hasn’t because they don’t have my bank details as I receive paper bills, if I don’t get this money I’ll be going to the ombudsman, I’m sick and tired of this company and from reviews I’ve read they a the biggest crooks going.

the bank did refund one quickly but then Octopus told me the bank had cancelled the direct debit when they had not and the Octopus system then showed it as cancelled but not my bank system.

I needed assistance in setting up an overseas account in London. This was complicated, and Melissa enthusiastically was able to do so. She was persistent in completing this task, even though it took considerable effort working with the London office. She provided the best customer service one could ask for.
