I waited over 2 weeks for the new product to arrive.
I called the company again, they were going to check into it and email me once they know what was happening.

I called the company again, and was promised the item will arrive by this Friday. IF it comes, hopefully it will not be damaged. The only reason for the bad review is the EXTREME delay in getting my replacement item and the lack of communication and follow-up on their part.”
“The Office Depot in Temecula has online ordering with curbside pickup. Their sign for the curbside pickup is as clear as mud. It just states they have curbside pickup and how to check in. It doesn't state where to park. I parked in the first parking space closest to the door and told them the make, model and color of my car. There were only about five cars parked by the store. After waiting about 5 minutes I texted them that I was still waiting. I had to go inside where I found out their pickup parking area is on yellow lines on the two-lane road that runs directly in front of the store. I picked up my order inside the store from a designated area a few steps from the front door. There is no accountability for picking up any order. Anyone could walk in the front door, take someone else's order and walk out the front door.”
“My UsBank Confirmed my debit Card information was Accurate and My Telephone number was accurate in case my bank needed to get ahold of me as well I don't know why , the company ( Office Depot ) would be saying this I do have documentation states the address matches my debit card Corresponding information Up-to-Date and I've been making More Then a lot of purchases through my debit card with the other business with the same address I've gave'n to them , the lady on the phone was rude I asked to speak to there supervisor about this incident and was shuffled around the phone call couldn't get through so i called again asked to make a complaint with there business no answer from the headquarters Due too " COVID-19 " Restrictions , yes ( Office Depot ) dropped the amount back into my bank wise , and released the funds back after holding the amount for some time, the complaint that I'm making is I was trying to do business with Office Depot and It was clear that the customer care team was rude and I had placed more orders at one time with this business online on phone E.T.C and it was clear to me that my bank had froze the amount cause I had try to make more then 1 purchase at 1 time , Office Depot asked me do I want to use a different card and I said no I will call my bank and confirm , it wasn't on my end or my banks end it was Office Depot there system was rejected to my debit card supposedly cause everything went through on my end as the information was accurately correct , I am here to make a complaint with there business about how Un-professional I was treated by there business I had gaven there business poor rating on this matter and how deeply I was saddened I don't think there Company business is professional with customers as I took my business elsewhere to best buy and had No Issues with My Debit Card”
