The advert said that i could unlock my phone for £19 + VAT, which I thought was fair. I gave them my phone model and IME number and paid the fee. A day later I received a message saying that my phone was ready to be unlocked and I had to pay the final fee which was £38.99 + VAT, so a total of £58.98. I contacted them and basically they said I should have read the small print. If your phone is a legitimate phone don't use this company.

Total scam. First they ask you to pay $27 to unlock within 24 hrs then ask you to pay $109 because this a very expensive phone & need more work. 6 weeks later still waiting. Giving excuses for delays. Finally they send a random numbers to enter after restart phone but those number don't work. Absolute scammers. Don't be fooled by these guys. Won't recommend to any one. Should have read the reviews before going ahead

Wish I had read this first. Total Scam. Charge you £23 - give you a tracking number - 24 hours later they tell you they have a unlock number but you need to pay another £30. Absolute scam and I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman. There was no indictation at all that £23 was a pre-payment untlil they ask for the "final" payment. Just avoid.

AVOID AVOID!!!!! I would give them no stars if I could! They say the price to unlock is £23.99!! If they say £23.99 then you pay £23.99 right........NOOOO!!! After paying £23.99 they then ask for another amount of £20.00 and then another amount of £30. The phone is still not unlocked!! Such a scam!! I'm angry with myself for not reading reviews. I went by Trust Pilot and it gave glowing reviews. Will never use Trust Pilot again!

Do not use these people. They're scammers. Charge you £19.99 to unlock your phone, which then turns into £23.99, to wait over 24hours for the unlock code, to receive the email demanding more money for the code, a further £28.99 to be exact. Never again!!!
