Clothes are nice, but I returned a dress that didn't fit, and they refunded me - minus the shipping fees - that I had paid for! Cheeky...

I bought two dresses both which had to be returned due to awful quality. This is the worst cheap quality clothing you will find anywhere and I seen the same dress as on their site on another site in uk. It’s way overpriced for the shocking quality you get and I don’t know why these types of cheap websites don’t just take time and design unique pieces rather than throwing a label on horrible Chinese backstreet clothing and trying to sell it at a hugely inflated price. There’s enough cheap knockofff fashion out there and there’s no need for this type of operation anymore. Go get a designer and design your own collections and get them made with decent quality fabrics that last and are not falling apart with shockingly bad fabric Shoppers beware

I returned a dress to Oh Hello as it did not fit properly and was of poor quality, not worth the price tag.After a few days the dress was returned to me with a note saying it was rejected due to what they said was make up stains. At the time of trying on this dress I was not wearing any make-up. So the stains did notcome from me.I have always been careful when trying on dresses in case I need to be returned them.In all my years of shopping online this has never happened to me before,but in reading a few reviews,it appears that it is a regular thing with this company. I will not be shopping with this company again because if the item isn't suitable it's easy for them to decline the return and keep your money.I will be following up on this.

My experience is ongoing but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I wanted to support an Irish company but after this I won’t ever again. The seams came apart on my dress after one wear. Customer service said twice that since the dress was not delivered that way they will not issue a refund, they only refund dresses that have not been worn. This clearly a breaches EU goods and services regulations. They have also said there is nothing wrong with the dress which I have photographic evidence of to the contrary. It is reasonable that dresses should be usable for more than one wear otherwise the website should clearly state that they sell disposable dresses! I did not receive a reply for over 10 days but received a response immediately after the Trust Pilot review. There are also many cases with similar stories to mine on different review sites now like reviews.io so it appears they regularly treat customers like this. I do not recommend buying from this site!! I have filed a small claim against this company, I am shocked at the completely unreasonable customer service.

I bought a dress to wear to a wedding and quality appeared Ok on arrival. After only two hours of wear on the day of the wedding the fabric began to pull and fray at various parts of the dress which was rather embarrassing. I cannot wear this item again due to its poor quality. Customer services have refused a refund. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Their sizes are completely off (even with the sizing chart). They would not exchange for another size and it cost as much to return the dress as the cost of the dress itself. Rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and save the money and time by shopping somewhere else.

My daughter finally found a company where she can get a dress for her height. She is 6’2”. These dresses are for my other daughter’s wedding. She was told she could order two sizes for her and her sisters to try on for the fit. Her size fit her perfectly, but there was a pull on the dress. It came that way. She retured both dress and order the correct size for herself and sister. The company refused the package saying they are not paying the duty. The duty is being charged by Ireland. The other dress came and it had a black spot right on the front of the dress. She saw the spot right through the plastic before opening. They offered to give her 50 percent off. No one knows what the black spot is. The cleaners are charging $75.00 to clean the spot. They refused the dresses twice. She is paying postage every time. My other dress came and it was ok. We just have to have it altered to her length. I am so sorry for my daughter, she does not know what to do because our wedding is one month away. It’s companies like this that makes it bad for others. I hope the CEO of this company see this and help my daughter and other customers. Very disappointed, disappointed.

Ordered a dress from this company over £100 ,fir my daughter, returned due to fit and a length , not worth the money to be honest , tried it on and repackaged it for return , they e mailed and said return rejected due to it stinking of smoke , not possible as my daughter does not smoke, would not recommend Hello Clothing to any one , I’m not letting it go , will update yous all thanx

I recently ordered 2 items from this website. Delivery very fast. One blouse was lovely and I have kept it. However, the other blouse was extremely small and short, and totally open from the bust down! (Not very clear in the description). I unfortunately had to return this top, I didnt even attempt to fit it on. This company have refused to accept the return as they complained there were marks on the top?? So I have paid 35 euro for the top, 5 euro for original delivery to me, another 5 euro to return it to the company and now 5 euro to return it to me again after refusal by the company to accept it. 50 euro for a blouse that I most definitely could buy on Wish or Shein for 10 euro. So much for supporting local. Back to the bigger companies I go! Yes they may have some pretty clothes, but if you're unlucky enough to need to return an item, best of luck. Worth waiting 4 weeks for same clothes from Shein for a fraction of the price. Customer service were prompt and very quick to respond to emails. But in 20 years of buying clothes this is my worst experience. Also, my review has been removed from their website( not as strongly-worded as this write-up, just mentioned how the top was unsuitable for me) Ever wonder why there are only 5 star reviews on the website, what have they to hide?? Spreading the word of warning it everyone....Might give the top to my 10 year old niece.

The quality of the dresses was ali express at best. They refused to refund me saying it was a sale item and store credit only. This is not true and is contrary to the EU Distance Selling Regulations. If you order something online you have 14 days to cancel the order and receive the refund. They were rude and in fact stopped replying to me and didn't offer and resolution, but then refunded the money so if your policy is legally compliant why did you refund me? Never again

Poor quality and poor customer service.I wasn't happy with the quality and look of the dress I ordered, I paid for returns and they sent me a gift card for their site instead of refunding me the money. I messaged them through the site and emailed them asking for a cash refund which I'm entitled to and they ignored both. Worst customer service.

Although it looked lovely on the website, the dress I bought was of very poor quality. The fabric was swim wear like and looked very tacky. The dress also had a bad smell, as if it had been stored in a damp/humid place for months. I returned my order - which cost me €9 - and was refunded the price of the dress minus the shipping fees... In total it cost me €13.95 for a dress I've never used or worn. Pretty disappointed. Oh Hello Clothing invites you then to leave a review after your purchase, which I did... They obviously manage each entry and delete if not 5 stars as my review never made it to their website.
