Absolutely disgusting that they can still sell products. They took £42 knowing they were going broke. Just shocking....

Seriously I cannot believe anyone is still ordering from this Company, I lost £55.00 and I cannot even find their website unless they have blocked me somehow, so I dont know how you are still ordering. They are seriously a bad company

I paid using klarna who are investigating on my behalf. They have lead me to believe that if they can't resolve the issue with the company, then klarna will reimburse me. All of you who have lost money should contact your banks and other payment methods. Often they have insurances that your not aware of

I ordered wizard of Oz Garden figures,as Gifts in January, nothing arrived had numerous messages sent to them via email, again like so many others, had same story, So after waiting patiently, I contacted Clearpay who I have to say weren't really interested as they repeatedly informed me I ordered in January, tes I know this but my last contact with Olive and Sage was in May ,promising delivery, so YES I waited and Nothing .So like alot of other people coukd not retrieve the Money paid, really disappointing and sad how the company still excepted payment from Loyal customers, I understand they had problems but really,take other people's funds , NO ..not Good at all..VERY Disappointing also with Clearpay as They were not interested at all , Hopfully a lesson learned

Like so many before me I ordered a lampshade in May, which never arrived to the tune of nearly £70. Disgraceful. I even spoke to the 'assumed' Managing Director, Paul, who reassured me it was an issue with an incorrect delivery, which I can not only assume was lies and a cover up. Dreadful.

I am sorry to hear of any company going out of business but I would expect an amount of decency from them to the customers who kept their company going until this happened. They must've known they were in trouble when they took my order and money on 5th May 2023. Not one person had the decency to speak to me. They gave me approx 9 delivery days+ nothing arrived. It's a shame as they had some lovely items. I'm just angry.

They owe me £30 for Dorothy figure never arrived & the free gift of Lion due to supposed damaged shipment. Not good at all... Will there be any compensation for both myself & others???

I ordered wizard of Oz set was told the shipment had been damaged so I could have a free gift for compensation I chose the Peppa pig set which arrived great I thought ,how wrong was I as still no contact or reply from company so looks like money has gone down the swanny

Sounds like a lot of us have been ripped off by olive and sage . I lost £130.00 . My bank could not help me as I did it by clearpay . Clearpay has said the same . Look like thousands of pounds they have kept of us all . DISGUSTING COMPANY

Bought the full unicorn set 200 + pounds never arrived just got an email weeks later saying closed bought 2 peacock's at the same time they arrived so why didn't the unicorns . No excuse as the so called robbery hadn't happened then

I ordered outside rug back in March still no rug got email saying mid June for delivery.I have ordered lots of outdoor flamingos in the past no problem .I just read they have gone bang 😡

I ordered the Demelza dragon in May for £49 and I’ve only just found out the company has gone under without any warning, no refund, tried calling but no answer and I’ve now sent an email, no idea if a refund will be issued or the actual item to arrive

Ordered and prepaid for a garden rug. Money taken in April 2023 but still no goods. No contact from the company except thanking me for my payment. This is unacceptable and nothing more than theft. I have ordered lots of items in the past and made recommendations to friends. Poor show Olive and Sage.

Bought several things over the years, presents for friends, garden birds and flowers. Loved their things. Never had a problem with customer service and they actually went out of their way to accommodate an extra prompt delivery at one point. Really sad. Hope they’ll bounce back somehow. Always found it quicker to msg them via Facebook.

I too plac d an order back in jan which was reportedly damaged and never delivered so now I read the company have gone bust how do I go about getting my money back 😤
