Extremely poor service. Since 27th November 2020 I am awaiting my order No response to my emails. Stay away from this platform of purchase.

I have been shopping with OneDayOnly since 2017 and have generally been very happy with the service I received until recently. Since 2022 their service has been rapidly declining and I would warn you NOT the purchase anything from them, because you can forget about any after service. Your emails are simply left ignored. Weeks go by, and they just don't care. And I am not talking about 1 instance... No, this has happened multiple times in 2022, so I am done. The thing I can not tolerate at all in an online company is terrible customer service and they are now the definition of it. I honestly do not understand how they can be lacking at a time like this where online retailing has become so competitive. *** Side note: Their so called discounts are usually highly exaggerated. Compare prices with other online retailers before buying. You usually get it cheaper elsewhere.

This company should be investigated. They take payment but do not deliver. They also do not answer emails. This is nothing other than stealing money from people. It is a scam. Do NOT fall in the same trap.

This complaint will not reach anyone who cares at One Day Only. Nor will anyone care. Why the heck are there no telephone contact details for you? I have been following my order up with you for over 2 weeks. I have begged you to chase up and revert. I get no replies whatsoever. Its been 18 days since I placed the order. You don't give one damn. I have begged you to call me. Nothing. Order 5072244. You also gave me a tracking number 2 weeks ago. It doesn't exist on DPD Laser tracking. Your website shows goods have been packed for WEEKS now but not shipped?????? Idiots. Call me 0824554782

I'm fed up with One day only. Sent back my coffee machine twice. According to supplier there is nothing wrong with the machine. Sorry to say but he doesn't work on our side. The second time we receive the coffee machine back it was delivered at wrong address and the box was brutally damage. Coffee machine was scratched all over with crack at the back and there was broken parts. This service is unacceptable realy. It was not a cheap coffee machine, and it was only one month in use. This is the worst experience I ever had while doing shopping online. This service is not worth the one star I gave.

Terrible service. Had a problem with an item that was under gurantee, yet once deal a day refused to help. Please Don't order from them, not reliable and ethical at all.

Beware. Should you receive a faulty item you will be atuck with it. Their returns do not work. You will be unable to contact them. Their Customer Service does NOT EXIST.

Absolutely no customer service.... they hide behind the fact that you cannot call them, only email with no responses whatsoever or on messenger with sometimes empty promises. Absolutely no accountability which means no respect. Don't even deserve 1 star

1. On the item Set Of Two : USB Mosquito Killer of which I ordered x 3. I should have received 6 USB Mosquito Killer, instead I only received 3. 2. Then on the Item Solar Camping Light, the incorrect items were delivered. I HAVE SENT THEM 6 EMAILS. THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS

Why is there no telephonic contact number for this company. When u have a problems It takes dozens of email and delays before receiving any response. Very poor customer service. One Item received was broken. Now fastway claims to have delivered my entire order and I am still wating for the serta matteress..which the driver said was to be delivered the next day. Still waiting. No response from onedaydeal. I dont need stupid automated responses.

My order (#2513061) was tampered with pre-dispatch (the onedayonly seal was intact upon delivery). I've sent more than a hundred emails asking for rectification, but NO RESPONSE. Shocking!

Pathetic customer service. they send me emails every day with their specials. But, try to reach them after you have received something and its the wrong item and they do not respond to email and there is ZERO way to contact them telephonically. The WORST customer service i have come across. I cannot believe they are functioning like this.

I ordered for the first time and when I ordered it said that my item would arrive in 5-10 days. A week or so later I look at my order and this lead time has changed suddenly to 7-20 days. This in my eyes is completely false advertising or misleading sales and I realised their prices aren't even good. I honestly suggest steering clear of this company, they seem to be trying to scam people.

Not sure if they order from the moon. But the orders from this company take the longest. I have ordered from Superbalist, had it delivered, and had the courier come fetch it for return, and then had the replacement delivered.... yet onedaylonly order is still in transit somewhere. Sort out your warehous and change your couriers you bellends.

The worst service from one day only as well as DLD and still nothing 3 days later. Promise after promise and 100 apogies. Still no package. Pathetic. Ask Takelot how they do it becoz they pure professionals and this will never happen

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give no stars to this company. I bought a hairdryer, which stopped working after 3 weeks. They now want me to pay for the courier return which will cost the same as the product. The company does not give refunds.

One Day Only should stick to selling small items since the deliveries of these items are 100% in order. However, in 2020 I made a R9000 purchase for a dining room cupboard and dining bench and since the delivery guys bluntly refused to carry the items into the house, I immediately reported it to customer service. At that time I was told that the delivery company was outsourced and to compensate for the inconvenience I received a R150 gift voucher. Recently I made another R7800 purchase and again I experienced bad services. This time the customer services at One Day Only were pathetic. I've send several emails and got flimsy responses. The goods were delivered in drips and drags, on several days without prior notification. The 3rd item (4 piece patio set) remained undelivered and I was told the goods were delivered and signed for, yet the consultant conveniently omitted to provide me with the proof. This will be my last transaction with them as they clearly proved to me that they do not value me as a customer, they are unable to manage their stakeholders and they are incapable of managing big item purchases. Be aware before you purchase!

You are absolutely shocking. Bought an air fryer begin of December and didn’t work. We have emailed, messaged on your website, Facebook messaged and sent a message on your what’s app line and no one has got back to us.
