In February 2023 I had a complete knee replacement organised by One Health I received excellent customer service and an excellent surgeon (Mr.Mallick). I attended all my physio appointments and I am now pain free and have achieved a good bend on my new knee. Thank you to everyone concerned. Jennifer Moon

I had breasts augmentation at the private Hammersmith hospital... one health medical group, reading all the previous reviews I was really afraid to go ahead here. What I become to realise is that people are complaining about the surgeons work at this company. My experience was completely different as I went with another surgeon from a different company who used a available slot at one health medical group & I had a amazing experience. The staff at this hospital were amazing, talking to me the whole way through, made me very comfortable and at ease. Constantly checking if I was ok. Helped me to give my car keys to a friend who was picking me up and also went out of their way to take off my screw bangle around my wrist. From beginning to end was nothing but a great service.

I had a really good experience with one health medical, I went through this company as I had a friend go with them and has great results. I had my op in feb.. it was warm and welcoming great staff that treat you like family. Caused a problem with my breast as a fault of my own. Got back in to the hospital within 3 weeks of seeing my surgeon and fixed it. Once again to kind and welcoming . Fa was the kindest most caring lady. Cannot thanks them enough.

Had a breast augmentation with perrone a couple years ago and still today upset with my results , He didn't do a good job I told him I was upset with my results and was fobbed off , he didnt want to hear and just made excuses for his mistakes. All they care about is money, they do not care if you are happy or not

All went well with the gastric band procedure. The big problem is Aftercare. I meant to have 6 band adjustments. I had only 2 and never heard from them again. It's a shame. I will have to pay extra to have the band adjusted.

First of all let me say 3 months post op I am happy with my uplift and implants but post op absolutely terrible experience. My pcc was so hard to contact, I had to keep messaging and messaging for responses, wrong op booked, surgeon changed 3 times, questioned not answered, post up would follow up booked for wrong dates, I actually would of requested my money back before the op but knew from reviews there was no chance I would get it. Chaotic service, not professional and I am sure all the positive glowing Instagram accounts are paid

Let’s just say I’m having to pay more money with another company for correction surgery. Rude and only care about money. Haven’t had any post operate meetings with the surgeon as I can’t get a place, despite having discolouration and shooting pains.

Lost my mind during my traumatic experience with this company. Started 2018 with Perrone who carried out surgery with myself Dual Plane placement of implants I had to wait 9 months to get a revision which I knew were not right within days of my surgery. 2019 I had revision which still wasn’t satisfactory. Went back endless occasions was fobbed off ignored emails and calls and texts all adding to my mental health escalation Due to this. Here I am November 2020 and still being ignore despite many contact attempts a d photos being sent to Clinic showing my POOR result. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will ignore you but quick enough if they get sniff you are condemning them how else would one react being treated like this all you see is not what it is believe me.

Omg I'm so happy to see so many of you ladies writing the same or similar thing, I have been trying to contact them for so long about issues and they won't pick up, or say they will contact and never do, I need revision surgery and they gave me very bad scaring and are now saying because they have changed there name I have to pay, Pamela so been avoiding me for two years, and I don't no where or what todo...

Is there minus stars???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .... I can't stress enough how much you need to listen to these reviews. Do your research... please. I cannot undo what Ive had, its permanent. Theres mental repercussions to these things too. Its not worth it. And on top of this .... im still stuck paying for this monstrosity !!!

Enhance Medical Group/One Health & The Hammersmith Hospital located 5-17 Hammersmith Grove, Hammersmith, London, W6 0LG has been shut down by the care quality commission and most of there theatre staff have left! Do not believe what they are posting on there social media it is completely untrue. They had an unannounced inspection from the CQC who shut them down. Call the care quality commission and they will tell you this. Not the lies they are posting on there social media.

Very quick to contact you to discuss and arrange surgery through consultations after you fill in the application. Felt quite confident I had picked the correct medical group. Had surgery booked, cancelled and rebooked to be told it was actually cancelled again and rebooked. Lost a lot of money on hotels and trains. Eventually got agreement for the company to pay for another set of train tickets. Went and had surgery. All went well and woke later sore but ok. Ushered out very quickly after surgery. Given minimal information and told to ring an emergency number if any concerns. Luckily I didn’t need to ring. I recovered quickly and followed the plan recommended. Had a fill after 5 weeks and given advice from the nurse. Now I can’t get an appt for a full as no nurse to do it. Told I would get fills at Leeds but this is not happening. I’m now due another fill and still no appts. I have phoned the company on several days to be told someone will phone you back but never do. I have had to ring all the time and still nothing is happening. Such a shame for this to happen after successful surgery. I can honestly say that they are not fulfilling there aftercare promise. I now have a gastric band due another fill and no nurse to do it. The aftercare is appalling.

My experience is very similar to the other review. I paid in full and was messed around with dates. My operation was cancelled twice at short notice with not good enough reasons. I find the staff arrogant and they couldn't careless about good customer service. I don't have a clue how they are still in business. Nothing but con artists if you ask me. I've been trying to speak to management for months but just get put though to the sales team who then pass you back to the patient coordinator, who in turn is pretty useless and says you need to speak to head office knowing full well i wont get put through to anyone who has the power to do anything. Absolutely shocking customer service. I've had to wrote off to head office to request a refund. It took them a month to reply just to refuse it. I will now go down the legal route. Sounds like there are many people in my situation. Go and read the reviews on google reviews. They cant take them ones down like they can on trust pilot. We all need to go to watchdog!

I just had to write this review to share my dreadful experience with this company. I paid them almost £5000 last September. I was booked in for my procedure on the 22/10/18 to be told two days before, that it was CANCELLED, due to the surgeon having a family bereavement. It was really disappointing but I rescheduled a procedure again for the 22/02/19. A couple of weeks later I was CANCELLED again. The reason they gave this time was that the surgeon would go over his allotted time in theatre, so I was rebooked for 28/03/19 and yes you've guessed it, I was CANCELLED yet again, less than a week later. The reason, the surgeon no longer did my procedure. I have asked them for a full refund. I have been waiting for my money now since 09/02/19. There is no direct phone number for Head Office. The only phone number is for the call centre. When you call, they say it's nothing to do with them contact your patient coordinator. Your patient coordinator says it's nothing to do with her, contact Head Office. I have been going round in circles. I have written emails and letters to Head Office and still have no response. Please think twice before using this company, once they have your money they don't care how they treat you. My refund is long overdue, so it looks like I'll have to take legal action.
