After sales service is very bad I have given my earphones to service centre and they misplaced my earphones and service centre is telling me that we are escalating your case. From last 1.5 month At last I’ll say that after sales service and customer care persons are not trained please don’t buy one plus products

This is A real Shocker for me after Purchase of 1 plus LED 50 INCH U SERIES. I had purchased in March this year and by end of August it went Bad on its own. When contacted Customer care i was told to wait for 24 hours which ultimately turned into 48 hours wait and after that also , there was no Solution to my problem. Staff is very arrogant and unfriendly. They have no solution to your problems and would let you on hold for hours. Now it's been 10 days almost i am not helped and still waiting for resolution. Daily being given new email id to report issue.

The customer services are worst! It's been 2 months, my problem has not been resolved yet. Calling again and again and still nothing is happening is frustrating and disappointing. Worst services ever.

I have had OnePlus since beginning and now have 9 Pro. Also my job for 4 years was to test 5G phones. Trend has been pretty bad since 8. Since then (5G) sw( firmware and Android patch started to have problems and now with Pro 9... this phone has become annoying. One Plus 7 was great phone and it still is, my wife has it. But 9 Pro, stalls, goes black, does not respond to touch, refuses to connect to wifi, looses 4G/5G and overall it needs maintenance almost once per day. Most annoying thing has been loosing keyboard and its not coming back until restart. Sad to say but this is where my journey with OnePlus ends. To much Oppo and too less opensource and Android.

I have been buying OnePlus phones since 2014-2015 and there's always been minor bugs but nothing major. However, as the phones get newer the bugs seems to get worse. I bought a new OnePlus 9 Pro and it's incredibly buggy to the point where even normal cell phone functions (i.e. phone calls, voicemail, messaging, and photos) all have some type of negative issue. The customer support team told me they'd send me some materials and instructions so I can mail the phone back and get it fixed or possibly get a new one free of charge... that was back in March and still waiting for the resolution.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ONE PLUS SUPPORT - DRAMA QUEENS OR MALES FINALLY AFTER 2 WEEKS FOLLOW UP MY ISSUE AINT RESOLVED THEY BETA AROUND BUSH CANNOT SUPPORT IPHONE USERS OR DESKTOP WHATS APP CHAT SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE BUT NONE OF THEM GIVE SOLUTION - ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY FOR NOTHING AT ALL Staines Steward. Worst company ever ...they put a promotion and sent me something i did not ordered ..now they want to charge shipping cost ...promotuons at on eplus are fake ..i paid 50 something supposed free gift back o r watch i got a cheap 5 dollar water container

Case ID: 220507-000251, Case ID is 220404-000802, Case ID: 220413-000897, Case ID: 220404-000175, Case ID: 220602-000832: Purchased an $800 paperweight OnePlus 9 Pro in December 2021. Approximately 2 months ago a software update popped up. After it was applied, my phone stopped working and I contacted OnePlus at which time I was asked to send it back for repairs. After the repair was applied and the phone sent back to me, it happened again. After the third time of sending for repairs I asked for a replacement via email to which the CSR stated they would oblige once I send the phone back however, I received the same phone back again and I am tired of applying a patch after spending $800. Customer service is terrible as it takes days of hounding for them to answer emails and calls are routed to a foreign country where the representatives cannot assist you When I purchased Samsungs, I didn't have these problems and this is the third OnePlus phone I have purchase in 4 years but it is definitely the last one.

I,ll watch too many videos of oneplus 9 water test, in video that perform excellent then i'll buy after seeing this but after 2 months later my phone dropped in water bucket by huge mistake then i take it out in 3 seconds, then the phone goes dead, it's too shocking experience for me, how it's dead suddenly in 3-4 sec in water? i can't digest this incident!

I want to give Minus 1 I register my complaint for last 4… I register my complaint for last 4 months and still did not get response from there to solve my problem. Still tv having problem and got change 2 times in one year after purchasing. Now this is third time but same problem coming in tv for last few months and support department is not solving the issue. scam the oneplus is nothing but scam I order I phone I never received they send the phone with USPS very cheep track number show sent back to sender I don't know why multiple call nothing but unprofessional they don't care

Thought I bought 8T and was sent the 8 For Christmas gift called on 27th was told to bad your 2 days late we only give 15 days. Thought good company oh well wont by anything from them anymore. I fly for an airline didn't get home till 23rd it had arrived on 10th late i might add from nov 25th order. Thought they would understand and help out Well merry Christmas so sad. Beware bad customer service reps from a far that don't care.

Cheap so maybe it's a- get what you pay for. But don't be fooled by the three camera thing as making it a good camera cuz it is not! Also I'm finding that it's slow and doesn't always work when I push to select something.

My request number is TLSBSVMLLI4H I sent my oneplus buds for a repair as they were not giving proper sound and are still under warranty, its been more than 20 days and I don't know what repair is being done as I only get one response from customer care that engineer is not yet assigned. Does it take this long to assign an engineer, if yes how are you guys running a company. I have been a oneplus users from years now but had come in contact with customer support the first time and can't imagine it is so DAMN POOR. If you can't repair the buds then replace it, every other company does that. Seeing such customer service now I would definitely have to switch to some other brand It is Very DISAPPOINTING to see such response from oneplus.

I have been using OnePlus products for almost 5 years now. I own the OnePlus 6T, I have hade all of there wireless earbuds and the wired bullets and I can say I a disappointed in there quality. All of the buds died with in the first 6 months (I have Own 5 in total). There quality was only above average an certainly was not worth there price. If they haven't given me replacements I wound have not kept using them. There customer service is the worst I have ever used. I takes about 4-6 months to receive replacements. As for the OnePlus 6T is was the exact opposite. The build quality was amazing. I have dropped my phone down stair and on concrete floors without a scratch. The back glass finally cracked when it was smashed in my pocket, I imagine it was from the corner of a metal table. It still worked but is definitely not water proof. The software has always been iffy to me, but not to many major complaints. Overall OnePlus is overpriced and overhyped. I once loved them but they are definitely not worth it anymore.

DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS ! Bought a Nord 10 phone that was defective, returned right away as per return policy. That was back in April. Have signed receipt that Post Office delivered the return. Have been fighting One Plus since then for a return refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Still haven't gotten any refund. Now five months later they are claiming I have to send them a copy of return label, which is impossible, IT WAS used to return phone!!!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

We went to Disney World and the phone decided it did not like our fingerprints and locks up. It asks for a device password that we know nothing about. Apparently either the staff at the store set the password or they sold us a used phone instead of a new one. Either way, it needs a password, and it is not the phone's password, it is the device's password. If you don't enter the right password within a couple of tries, it deletes everything on the phone. We called OnePlus support on a different phone. They say there is nothing they or we can do and said only the owner of the phone can unlock it. Well, we are the owner of the phone. We can prove we own the phone. In fact, we are still making monthly payments on the phone. We guessed possible passwords using the passwords we usually use. The phone deletes our entire vacation. Everything. The phone itself is great, but it's a time bomb. OnePlus can delete your data at any time, simply because it doesn't recognize your sweaty fingerprint while on vacation.

1 porquería de marca. Compre 2 teléfonos oneplus Nord n10 no funcionan hable al servicio al cliente y salen q la garantía es de solo 15 días. Nunca e visto semejante miserable compañía. Engañan a la gente. Ojalá y antes de comprar está basura de marca muchos vean todas estas opiniones. Para q no Sean robados.

Really horrible service. Having a poorly designed phone is one thing (fingerprint sensor fails after one month, outside of the scanty 2-week return period), but support is another disgusting scam. Numerous emails, tasks given to the customer to do, shady and unprofessional remote session, and then at the end of the day, not even an offer for a partial refund (but instead, requests I pay for my own repair since I'm no longer in the country). Stay away.
