Ordered a car seat that Yodel claimed they delivered but they never did. Instead the driver came to my location took an image of the box inside my block but never came to my door to deliver the package. Online4baby claim it has 100% been delivered to me and it hasn't. I disputed saying that the image does not show that the driver had delivered to me, its ridiculous. Please tell me how the below image shows it was delivered to my door. I live in a block of flats this does not show any proof. I have a ring door bell and even gave them proof but still no help from them.

Avoid at all this company. My order was dispatched by Yodel and it says it’s been delivered not in my address. And they can’t do anything… and it’s clearly shows different address….

Disappointing Experience with Online4Baby - Buyer Beware I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Online4Baby that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a travel system from their online store, expecting a quality product from a reputable brand. To my dismay, the product I received was far from what was advertised. It was a fake, and the quality was shockingly low, not suitable for my price. I faced a series of frustrating obstacles when I attempted to rectify the situation by returning the product. The customer service was horrendous; my inquiries and complaints were met with a deafening silence for a prolonged period. Their team's lack of response and assistance was unprofessional and disheartening. Ultimately, I had no choice but to seek a refund through PayPal, a process that added further inconvenience to an already stressful situation. To add insult to injury, I had to bear the cost of the return shipping, which amounted to £47 - an expense I feel was unjust given the return circumstances. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Online4Baby. The combination of receiving a counterfeit product, the abysmal customer service, and the additional costs incurred make it an option best avoided. For anyone considering purchasing from them, I advise looking elsewhere to avoid the hassle and disappointment I experienced.

I've been having the same problem like all the other people here. Tried cancelling one of my orders because of the date it advertised on it's company site compared to the months later arriving time. They were quick to react with being despatched within only 1/2 hour different. I proved them wrong. Since then no response at all. Go to your banks. This company is acting like a fraudsters therefore mass report it to the goverment TRADING STANDARDS AGENCY. STRESSED OUT AINT THE WORD TO DESCRIBE HOW IM FEELING RIGHT NOW.

Ordered. Tried to cancel the morning after. Ignored WhatsApp and email until after mid day where they said that had been picked and packed so I asked for proof and they haven't given me this. Order elsewhere. When I said to prove it had been picked and packed they sent me a new tracking number. The courier had not received this yet, so they simply purchased the delivery, but that means nothing.

£500 pram broken after just over 6 months. Been told it’s “normal wear and tear” and they won’t repair, refund or replace. Absolutely livid! The wheel literally snapped off while I was pushing my daughter in it. Absolutely shocking.

Order hasn't been delivered after assurances from Yodel its been despatched. Try getting in touch with someone who I can actually speak to is impossible. Will think twice in using this Company in the future.

Paid for a cot and mattress 20th July to then be told I would recieve it 7th August. It still hasn't come lots of emails ignored along with requests for refunds. Urgently going through ombudsman.

Thieves taking advantage of parents in hard times. Ordered crib in May never received the order and it's the end of July. No answers from them and making it imposible to get a refund from paypal. Plus their offers are a total, scam, they advertise products on discount and then try to offer you something in exchange because they don't have those products and they will never do. If you refuse you will never get your money or a product. This site is a scam overall and shouldn't be allowed to exist. I hope more people report them so they can be shut down.

Sent a damaged item that looks previously used, contacted them same day to send back and hopefully get replacement. Haven't found customer services helpful, had the cheek to say they'd charge a £10 collection fee if I had to re arrange. This has made me anxious as I've had couriers claim they've been to collect and not showed up before this. Mainly evri and yodel. Wouldn't order from here again, not worth the hassle and they clearly don't respect their customers. Sending previously used products- it was feeding equipment I ordered- is also very off putting

Absolute joke this company, do not use. My daughter ordered a pushchair by mistake, we sent an E mail and what’s app message cancelling this order before we had even received a confirmation e mail. Then received an E mail saying, sorry item has already been packed and sent to delivery company. Within 10 minutes!! REALLY !!! Oh and it will cost me £16 to refuse delivery. What a joke!! They should wear masks and operate from a wood !!! Not right to rip people off when times are hard

Ordered nursery set costing over £1000 on 1st Dec with estimated deliver early Feb. I was offered end Feb delivery date but they only deliver one day a week in my area so had to reject several delivery date. Finally got delivery on 24th March and delivery driver informed me 1/3 pieces was missing. If that was going to be the case and they had informed us earlier i may have cancelled as it will be a massive hassle to try and get the missing piece delivered due to their one day a week delivery - im on maternity leave so very flexible but still it will be difficult. Since Friday I have been trying to converse with them on WhatsApp but have been ignored now since Saturday. Same on Twitter, bring completely ignored. We have a huge pile of boxes in our house but can’t unpack until we know we are going to get the missing piece. We either want the set picked up this week from our house with full refund (and I will not be waiting in 8-8 for this) or we want delivery date of missing piece confirmed.

Bought a car seat that the harness failed / broke. Fortunately our car was stationary when toddlers strap mechanism snapped. Contacted via chat and was promised a call back next day which has never happened. Communication only via email. In the meantime I read some reviews about the safety of the aforementioned car seat, and asked for an exchange for a different brand. I also sent a screenshot from Drive Safe and another parent who has same issue with harness safety. A few days later new harness arrived identical no modifications or orange label indicating UK standards. I was sent a link about the seat which tbh was a promo/ advertising link more than anything else. As the seat had been used I am unable to return, I have bought another from a store but I do feel aggrieved and the customer care which their website states " prides themselves in customer care" ...clearly not

Chosen courier service used by the company didn’t seem to have the brains to work out the building is a two story building and kept knocking on the entrance door 8 flights of stairs down and stating I wasn’t in .. tried to contact to ask the seller to contact the courier for me as they also have no option to speak to an actual human being and received no reply whatsoever from whatsapp live chat does not work and an email reply in however many days is not going to solve the issue of my parcel sat in a yodel delivery centre. DO BETTER
