“Didn't realise it was a German company. Ordered a rear wiper blade for my Golf, found it in their catalogue at a good price (£6.36). I paid by PayPal, but did not check the details, and received a receipt for the £18.76 I'd paid for it! Turns out "Delivery" was £8.45, and "Security Delivery a further £3.95! wiper blade doesn't need any security, and weighs next to nothing, so where on earth were these prices plucked from? CHECK CALL THE COST BEFORE BUYING!
Their Ts & Cs allow for a "cancellation of contract" clause within 2 weeks, so I've sent that email before the thing has even arrived! No reply yet - just done it.”

As car parts tend to be urgent, there is little point in a company like this other than to scam UK customers. Wish I'd checked online reviews before ordering...”
“Same as every other review. Appears to be UK based. Impression given that mainland delivery will take 24 hours, except they mean mainland Europe. I fell for it and ordered a part which has not arrived. Ive decided best to write off the money spent as I can’t wait any longer to fix my car, This outfit is more akin to a criminal enterprise than a company. Masquerade as a .co.uk company. False delivery dates. I don’t really understand why they have not been prosecuted for fraudulent trading!”

“ANOTHER WEBSTORE OWNED BY AUTODOC
Purchased a complete set of brand new front and rear brake calipers, discs and pads for a Toyota Land Cruiser (in addition to many other items). Had to wait nearly TWO WEEKS for delivery - THEY ARE NOT UK BASED (actually Berlin).
One of the rear calipers was faulty out of the box and Autodoc's response is for me to complete a mass of "warranty" information, send endless photos and wait...
A full day charged for a mobile mechanic basically wasted because he couldn't complete his work. I'm going to be out of pocket for the mechanic to return and complete the job, but I am STILL WAITING on Autodoc to get their act together and send me a timely replacement.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!”

“what a scam of a company makes you think its UK based gives un-true delivery times when you order only then to find it's a German based company with twice the delivery time. very very slow to reply to emails even to the point when sending 6 emails asking to cancel you get a email it packed and in THEIR warehouse ready to post after you'd asked to cancel then get told its to late. never use this company again. rubbish rubbish rubbish wise could give 0 or even -1stars

When I tried to return them they did not accept it and said I have to open a warranty case with the manufacturer! - Poor Customer Service( Even if you make them aware that they change my product for something else. They still gonna sent you the wrong product). Without any apology whatsoever.
- Reseller for Autodoc( If you would like to return the product, you have to pay extra because is going in Germany :)).co.uk .Even if is them mistake.
-Time wasting( I had to sent front/ back picture with the wrong product just for them to convince me that the product they sent can work for my car too.
After many emails with screenshots were I had to explain the product code from website is different from the product code they sent, but no success.
If I pay for the product you advertise then don't sent me something else.”
