“Reporting the to BBB. They sent me the wrong shoes after waiting almost a moon th and refuse to refund my money. They offered me a 10% refund to keep the WRONG SHOEs. They are a huge scam. And the shoes were the cheapest I’ve ever seen.”

Won’t provide a tracking number to me. Terrible customer service. I asked for my money back today, will see how long that takes. After inquiring several times they kept saying shoes were shipped and lost at post office but would not produce a tracking number. 3 months later, multiple inquiries and now they say that shoes are out of stock. “Didn't add the coupon properly to my order and so I tried to cancel it within 3 minutes. They make you email to cancel rather than do it online and they didn't respond for almost a whole day. By then of COURSE they say the order has already shipped because they literally waited to respond. They refused to refund the coupon amount. Overall just a poor experience with a rude, shady company.”
