“We received a prompt and very fair no-obligation offer from Opendoor that worked out exceptionally well with our current situation. We accepted the offer without having to deal with any home showings or inspection/price haggling and the whole process went smoothly and stress-free as we could choose the closing date that worked best with our schedule and could even adjust it as necessary within a certain timeframe. The communication and dashboard interface was top notch and our customer experience personnel were very professional and courteous ensuring all our needs/questions were addressed. Overall the whole process went better than expected and we are very pleased with doing business with Opendoor and would recommend them to anyone that could benefit from their services. Sure, we could have maybe sold our home for a little more profit but the convenience factor played a huge role in our decision to work with Opendoor and they did not disappoint! :) Thank you to all the Opendoor team members we worked with, you made it an enjoyable experience and we appreciate all your assistance. “Overall it was a smooth process in selling with open door, a simple video walk through of our house was all it took to get an estimate and have our house sold, without any showings in under a week. This allowed us to use the proceeds for our new home immediately!”

“The entire experience fit our needs perfectly. We were building a new home and the closing date for that new home was 9 months away but we were able to remove the stress of trying to sell before the new home was built. Also, the closing date for the new home changed three times and were able to change the sell date of our home easily. Late checkout is a game changer as it allowed us time to move out and in to the new home without having to place things into storage and have to stay in a hotel.”

“My husband and I are both licensed real estate agents, but we needed to remove that hat and just be sellers for the sale of our home. He was relocating for his work, and we had a date to be at the next assignment. Working with Melissa, provided us the opportunity to set our closing date, and focus on moving to the next house. “Opendoor provided us with a wonderful experience in selling our home. Everything went according to plan just like they explained it would. They offered us a fair price and we didn’t have to go thru the hassle of showing our property on multiple occasions or deal with any repairs that were needed. The closing was scheduled and happened on our timeline. All questions that we had were answered promptly and everyone that we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. All and all a great experience! We will recommend to all of our family and friends that are in the market to sell or buy their home.”
