I was having a good chat with Cody about my service and to my delight Cody went through the setting and fixed my Internet speed to about 60% faster. Cody, what a difference you have made, cheers.

Very friendly and helpful staff asked what we used our internet for and recommended a package to suit us and not just try to get us to take the most expensive

Excellent service. Had a little problem when i started with them, but that was sorted straight away. I am now in my second year and i doubt I'll be moving. I like the no frills approach, what you sign up for is what you pay, no hidden extras. All i can say is THANK YOU to origin.

Switched from Plusnet, everything going fine after a month and much cheaper for basically the exact same service. I was paying £38.99 with Plusnet for line rental and fibre unlimited. Switched over to Origin Broadband and getting the EXACT same speed for only £26.99 (which also includes line rental). There was a very small glitch at first but I used Origins text chat system and the fault (disconnections) was quickly fixed and we were back online within about an hour. I was compelled to leave a review here as it's pretty much a no brainer to switch, why pay more for the exact same connection with a different provider?

I have recently moved home and decided I did not want the same broadband provider. I contacted two companies and had various issues and disappointments with them, one kept contacting me by email even when I had stated I did not have any broadband and requested phone texts! Third time lucky went to Origin. Patient and kind call centre opperator (Aaron) helper me through my application and answered my somewhat naive quetions.

I have been with origin for a number of years now I have never had a problem with them they are always at the end of the phone if you have any issues not like the other companies I have been with .I certainly would have no trouble in recommending them in fact I have.!!

I moved to an Origin Max Fibre subscription from BT. I had the BT Smart Hub 2 and Wi-Fi Extender Disc2. Right from the off, I was genuinely impressed by the high quality, superior signal-strength, and overall ease of set-up of Origin's (Asus) router. I consistently find Origin to be a much preferable ISP to BT. In just about every respect, Origin is a paricularly excellent, up-and-coming ISP which I would highly recommend.

Please, please do not use this company. I have been out of Internet service for 10 days now with no resolution to my complaint!!! I have been told that my contract has 9 months to run and I would have to pay them over £300 if I want to switch provider. I have spent money on phone calls and get no updates from them. I do not usually write reviews but this company has made my blood boil. Please avoid!!!

Internet works fine until it doesn't then you're left to navigate the very limited information origin has available. Operating hours are 8am to 6pm. Good luck to you if your internet drops out, outside those times

Have fibre to the house new estate yet Origin Broad band is very slow and frequently drops out requiring daily modem resets. Also they failed to keep my 12mth bundle discount after changing addresses just 3 months into my contract which seems to hard to rectify. Looking at changing B/Band providers.

Whoever on Origin broadband since they change provider should check their invoice if they are paying extra every month compared to new customers. They're charging $6 extra off me for the same plan since then, still wanna claimed they are giving me loyalty offers after I called and asked. Also put me on hold Multiple times cause the guy cannot make decisions. This is really ridiculous.

Purchased and paid upfront for an 18 month 67mb Origin Max & Line Rental fibre contract with Origin. All went smooth and was very happy up until month 16 when they decided to charge me £184.99 for a new Origin Fibre & Line Rental 35mb despite the fact I am still on the 18 month one. I subsequently contacted Origin customer services to dispute this and was told that they would refund the £184.99 within 30 days. Yes you guessed it ... 30 days later I'm still waiting and have now had to threaten them with legal action in order to get my money back.

I can’t believe how bad the internet speeds are with origin. I kept upgrading to a faster speed and nothing changed I just changed to telstra and it is crazy how fast they are in comparison and i saved $20 a month Origin is in the stone age
