“I’m a diabetic. I have neuropathy,edema, and vascular disease. My feet swell and go numb. I always wore a size 12 shoe. I purchased a size 12 from ortho feet and it was snug. I called them and they sent me a label to return the shoes with no problem. I reordered a size 13 wide and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I now own three pairs of orthofeet shoes and will order from them again. I’m 68yrs old and new shoes are no longer a problem. I just go on line to the orthofeet site and order what I want. If your ever not sure or have any questions you can call them on the phone. They are all very nice and very helpful. Sincerely John Spond”

“My wife was suffering terribly from plantar fasciitis. The pain was severe and getting worse by the day. Pain medication, shoe inserts, exercises didn't help. Our doctor said there was really nothing he could do. Since her job keeps her standing and walking all day, my wife would have had to quit, or at the very least take a leave of absence, unless we could find some solution to ease her pain. In desperation, I searched the web and stumbled upon the Orthofeet website. Frankly, I pretty much figured that the company was probably a sham ... especially when I saw the extensive list of ailments that Orthofeet claimed to be able to help. However, they offered a 60 day trial period, free shipping and a discount for new customers. With the free trial, I figured there was nothing to lose. I ordered a pair of black leather shoes ("Lake Charles") in my wife's size and surprised her with them when they arrived a few days later. The style was somewhat plain and matronly, but they fit well and seemed very sturdily constructed. She wore them to work every day for almost two weeks before she came home one day and I noticed that the limp she had recently developed was now gone. She said her feet were much less painful. After several more days, the pain in her feet was gone. The results were way, way beyond anything that we had hoped for. I have since bought shoes, boots and sneakers for myself. They are all comfortable and sturdy. I had occasion to return a pair of sneakers. My call to Orthofeet returns department was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful young woman who gave me all the return instructions and sent a return shipping label. My refund was processed the very same day that USPS tracking said my package had been delivered. No muss, no fuss, no hassle. In fact every call to OrthoFeet was handled professionally and courteously. There have been a few times when the wait was longer than I'd like (during busy call times) but mostly the calls were answered very promptly. I highly recommend this company and their products. I don't work for the company. I'm not being paid for this review. I personally stand behind this review. You owe it to yourself to give this company a try. Hope I might have helped someone to find the relief that we found.”

“OrthoFEET has been very good about returns and the shoes have been consistently comfortable and well-made. I would give a 5-star rating, but the are made in China. Their site says an American company. I called them and asked why my shoes say made in China. They are made in China and then shipped to Orthofeet. I want American-made products!”

“I've been wearing my Orthofeet Biofit shoes for a couple of weeks indoors. I'm very happy with the way they feel. I wore them out for the first time to run errands and they continue to measure up to my expectations. I'll be ordering another pair very soon.”

“I purchased the shoes Edgewater Stretch - Black, on May 2023, I like these shoes very much, but in the last 3 months these shoes leave black marks on the heels and tops of my socks and it is becoming very significant marks. See the pictures of my socks and shoes. I am not sure what is wrong with these shoes as the interior is still normal, not worn out. The shoes have not been washed and I did not wear them in the rain but I cannot wear them anymore because of the black marks being left on my socks. I cannot wash the black stains out of the socks either. I have bought 2 more pairs of athletic sneakers from you and want to know if they are going to leave black marks on my socks as well. They respond: Thank you for reaching out. Orthofeet has a 6-month warranty policy which protects against manufacturer defects. The lifetime expectancy of Footwear depends on many factors including activity level, body weight, occupation, etc. and can vary from several months to more than a year. And they remove my comment from their website.”

“I loved my shoes, they fit perfectly and feel good on my poor sore feet. I walki around on concrete for 8 hours a day and if I didn't discover these shoes I'd be more of a wreck then I am.”

“OrthoFeet Style: Women's Verona For limited walking What I like: - Ability to adjust to fit (extra sole spacers, adjustable back strap, and elastic toggle) - Arch support insert - Mesh upper doesn't cut skin - Leather toe box reinforcement prevents the toe from poking through the mesh What I don't like (these three far "dislikes" outweigh the four "likes"). - Too little cushioning (I feel the pavement through the sole of the shoe - hard impact when I walk) - Lacks rocking at sole at front of the foot (forces me to walk flat-footed - no rolling motion when my foot hits the ground) - Nice to have arch support inserts, but they're pretty ineffective; flatten out and don't sustain my weight (115 pounds) Overall, these shoes are comfortable if I don't walk much. But I need orthopedic walking shoes with proper cushioning and functional shoe design/ engineering to lessen the impact on every aspect of my foot's walking motions, which then helps minimize the impact on my spine and back. Verdict: Would wear these shoes for lounging around, but not for walking. I would not buy any other styles for walking purposes (all seem to have the same cushioning and sole engineering). Will stick with my other orthopedic brands.”

“I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair.”

“Purchased a pair of ortho 640. A year ago. Wore them 12 times, and then they sat in the closet. They fit great 4ww 9.5. The leather upper's turned to what I call alligator skin. I believe people pay for that look, I was not happy. Called customer service, no help, not even a discount for a new pair W/O leather uppers. Pictures below.”

“I ordered a pair of these shoes in size 6 and had to return them as they were way to small. I reordered a 6.5 in WIDE and the size was great BUT not the width. There are still to narrow and my feet over hang the outside edge of the shoes. Also, the 'tongue' does NOT stay in place, it always slips over to the outside edge. If one orders a WIDE, the shoe should come in WIDE not REGULAR width. I was not inclined to go through the process of returning them once again, even though the process is relative easy, once you find the store and drive there, to return them for an exchange. Other then those issues, they are comfortable once you make use of the insoles that comes with the shoes in order to get a better fit.”

“I have lymphoedema and my one foot swells. The extra side attracted me but when received it’s nut really that wide. Tory advertise free returns but charge a $5 restocking fee. Dumb! It’s nit electonics it’s shoes! Never again!”

“12 days start to finish for my shoes/trainers to arrive. They were made in and shipped from China. They come in a plastic bag, not a box. Their communication stalls after your purchase wondering when/if they will arrive and if you in fact got scammed. They look cheap, they feel cheap, they are sort of comfy, but not around the toes, you feel like you are falling off the platform, because the fabric doesn't support your foot. I can tell they will be no good within a couple of wears. Not worth the money, time, effort and lies they obviously tout on their website. Get Sketchers instead.”
