“For the past 10 years I have bought mostly Orthofeet Shoes. I wear a 6E so there is a limited selection on the market. By far, Orthofeet are the most comfortable, durable shoes I own. I use the green arch supports that come with the shoes for unmatched wearability. In my opinion they are an excellent value as well. I would love to see more of their styles available in x-x-wide (6E). I would surely buy them.”
“I purchased the shoes Edgewater Stretch - Black, on May 2023, I like these shoes very much, but in the last 3 months these shoes leave black marks on the heels and tops of my socks and it is becoming very significant marks. See the pictures of my socks and shoes.
I am not sure what is wrong with these shoes as the interior is still normal, not worn out. The shoes have not been washed and I did not wear them in the rain but I cannot wear them anymore because of the black marks being left on my socks. I cannot wash the black stains out of the socks either. I have bought 2 more pairs of athletic sneakers from you and want to know if they are going to leave black marks on my socks as well.

Thank you for reaching out. Orthofeet has a 6-month warranty policy which protects against manufacturer defects. The lifetime expectancy of Footwear depends on many factors including activity level, body weight, occupation, etc. and can vary from several months to more than a year.
And they remove my comment from their website.”
“I ordered a pair of these shoes in size 6 and had to return them as they were way to small. I reordered a 6.5 in WIDE and the size was great BUT not the width. There are still to narrow and my feet over hang the outside edge of the shoes. Also, the 'tongue' does NOT stay in place, it always slips over to the outside edge. If one orders a WIDE, the shoe should come in WIDE not REGULAR width. I was not inclined to go through the process of returning them once again, even though the process is relative easy, once you find the store and drive there, to return them for an exchange. Other then those issues, they are comfortable once you make use of the insoles that comes with the shoes in order to get a better fit.”
“I have placed several orders with orthofeet and always got them in a timely manner. My feet love these shoes. I am a diabetic and do alot of standing all day long. Good service , i did order a pair of boots that i needed to return because they were a little tight , sent me the next size up with no trouble. I do recommend.”

“I ordered shoes - money deducted from my bank account. I never received the shoes. On enquiry I am told “they are not that company” . No explanation why my money went to another company when I ordered on their website.”
“Shoes shipped on a slow boat from China, took 2.5 months, (2 pair), neither fits, returns an issue, company offers 25% and keep the shoes. Or pay shipping to return to China(unknown). Obviously, misrepresented. If you order, receive them, and are satisfied, so be it.

“I'd give them a zero if it were an option. I had trouble with the ordering site and ended up making an error - I think the default is to order 2 pair. I only wanted one AND the default size was not my size. I immediately tried to contact the company. They wouldn't cancel the order. They told me I'd love them. They were many sizes too small. As soon as they arrived I tried to return them. AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY WERE THE SIZE I ORDERED AND IT WAS TOO LATE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY!!!!”
“The pair of Orthofeet sandals hurt my toes.
Since I went pass the 60 days by a couple of days, they refused to take the sandals back and give me a credit or a refund.
I was could not use the shoes since they hurt my toes and in their customer service.
Will not buy shoes from them again.”
“I placed an order for 3 different pairs of shoes on 7/31. Tried them on right away, stood on LR rug to keep bottoms clean ( to walk back & forth just once). Two pair didn't fit correctly so contacted the company to make sure I got all instructions straight before sending (I did). Kept copies of all documentations. Bottom line: They received the shoes, it was taking way too much time for them to refund me & was tired of hearing their lame/B.S. excuses. Today is 10/3, I still have no return. My credit card company (i.e. CHASE) dropped the ball on this many times, so had major "Pow Wow" with them about client care & taking matters like these more seriously. Evidently, Chase rep. wasn't listening to me when I told him the amount of the purchase that was returned to be refunded. Fact is I wouldn't have filed a dispute if they didn't keep giving me a runaround saying "Global Bank won't release the funds. That's B.S. unless they owe the bank to much money they are just clearing out their warehouses by lying to people, get enough money in to pay off the bank and then will no doubt file for Chapter 11 & resurface as a newly named shoe company. Had a 2 hr. call with Chase reminding them that I pay my bills on time every month in FULL. This matter now has supposedly been given to their "Back Office Team" who handles matters like these that need escalated support. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!”
