“The flowers and the arrangement were very well done. Unfortunately, the message was significantly truncated from the message I had written and the person who received the flowers didn’t know that they were from me. I’m not sure how this happened.”

“Thank you for your service. I did order an arrangement for the arrival of a baby. Of course I didn't see the final product but it was delivered on time, good service. I chose that arrangement because of the plush elephant, I hope that is what was delivered. Thank you Louise Lebrun”

“Repeat costumer here, first time ordering online. As always, they did not disappoint! I placed the order in the morning for same day delivery and the delivery location was on the other side of town (and Ottawa is massive! So a solid distance away) and they had the delivery completed within 3 hours. Product was beautiful as well. Highly recommend.”

“The service received for a specific online order was amazing! The Sales Associate walked me through what I needed to do to get exactly what I wanted sent. My daughter loved her anniversary flowers, especially since they were all the ones she had in her wedding bouquet! I will continue to use Ottawa Flowers as my go-to florist! “Delivered the flowers on the day i requested. When some of the flowers in the arrangement needed to be changed due to stock they phoned me and made sure I was okay with the changes. i would absolutly use them again if i needed to order flowers in the ottawa area!”
