I ordered 13 boxes of 7.62x54r. I never received a tracking number. I called and a male customer rep answered. He addressed me as “my man.” I told him that was unprofessional. Needless to say, his customer service was poor. I eventually received the ammo. 5 of the 13 boxes were torn and badly damaged. I had loose ammo in the box. I called and left them a message to call me. I never heard from them. I will not order from OL again.

No ethics. This business lies. Sends email indicating that parcel has shipped. Four days later UPS had not received the package. What Outdoor does is print a shipping label, send you an email saying the items are on the way so they ( Outdoor Limited ) can go ahead and charge your credit card. Stay away. 0 stars.

Don't order from them they shipped me loose box where all Amy ammo was spilled outside the box missing 550 rounds

ammo is ok. the shipping sucked!!! out of 10 boxes 3 were crushed and opened. The person packing the box did not put any packing in the box!!

Package was damaged and 3 shells lost in the process. Customer service said nothing they could do. I was a first time customer. Last Time customer now.

I was shorted a box of 6.5 creedmoor bullets not real happy and don’t usually leave reviews. But ammunition isn’t cheap. Will not shop with you again 300$ plus order and it was fulfilled!! Where is quality control with shipping?

Prices are pretty good. Availability is very good. Customer service and policies are stunningly bad. 1) The website states they have a local showroom and that it is open. It lists the physical address and states that local pickup is available. However, when you arrive, there is a sign on the reception window stating the window is for food delivery only, and that the storefront is closed, contradicting the website. 2) Their website says customer service is open 7 days a week, 9-5pm, but elsewhere on the website, there is a message stating "Do not call or email about the status of your order"...harsh. Does not make you feel like a valued customer. At all. 3) They have a return policy. It states in Returns they do not accept returns on ammo. But when you look under Terms & Conditions, it simply states "We do not accept returns." Meaning, everything. 4) The website states "Fast Shipping". Yes...the shipper is fast...UPS, FedEx. But it takes Outdoor Unlimited 9-10 days from your order date to pack a couple ammo packs in a carton, label it, and get the carton out of their warehouse and on a shipping truck. Extremely slow. They will not accept any changes to the order. 5) Boxes are poorly packed. All the foam is on the top with literally no packing on the bottom. Only a layer of corrugated between the concrete and the ammo. Luckily, the shipping company handled my package carefully and didn't accidentally drop it.

The worst packaging I've ever seen. The ammo boxes were just wrapped in saran wrap and so the smaller ammo boxes were all busted inside and the rounds were just clanging around inside the big delivery box. And I dont know if that box ripped open or not, but it was taped back together like it ripped during shipping, and so I counted all the rounds and it was missing 3 out of the 500. So I'm pretty sure the box tore and some spilled out and they picked up what they could. Needless to say I wont be ordering through this company anymore.

Still have not gotten my order very annoyed at the fact it has not gotten there yet. Ordered it November 1st, was promised it would get there by the 9th of November. It is now the 21st of November and the ammo still hasn't gotten to where I ordered it. Never buying from here again.

My order #1877484. I paid for three boxes of federal 9 mm 50 rounds $80.76 including shipping and taxes. . Received only one box of 50 rounds the package . Please see attached photo of the invoice. I reported this to the outdoor in the email on November 11, 2023 at 9:40 pm. No response.

I went to order 250 savage ammo that was in stock. It said it would be delivered by a certain date. That date came and went and my shipper hadn't even been created. Called and emailed to cancel my order and somehow it was shipped immediately and it couldn't be canceled without a lot of hassle. I ordered the same product from another company the day after ordering from you and had it in 4 days from the other side of the country. You not only lost a customer but any endorsement I might have made in the future.

I ordered Aguila 223 and Outdoor Unlimited took my money, but they didn't have the ammo. And they didn't tell me. Thirteen days later a box arrived with my other items and with "Aguila refunded" handwritten on the receipt. I was not pleased. Who knew whether I'd been scammed? I had to contact the company and they explained that I was out of luck and that they hadn't bothered to contact me about it. They also explained that I would wait some unknown number of business days for my money to be refunded. This is not customer service. It's not worth it.

I placed an order for a couple of things. They were behind on shipping orders and I was heading out of town for a week. Since it took so long for them to prepare the order for shipping, I contacted CS, told them when I would be returning and asked them to hold the order for a week so it didn't sit outside my front door the whole time I was away. They told me they could only hold it for 3 days and then they shipped it right away without holding it at all. They said UPS would hold it for a week, which was also wrong information and the package was shipped back to them before I got home. Then they told me I would have to pay to have the order sent back out to me. I told them that was unacceptable, asked to speak with a manager and they responded "we are processing a refund." No further communication at all. What a total disaster. No matter how inexpensive their ammo is I would never recommend this company to anybody. Their delays and incompetence caused me nothing but headache and valuable time. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable online dealer who cares about customer service.

I ordered two boxes of ammo. It took over two weeks to receive my order. Then when when I finally received it; half of my order was missing, but was still charged the full amount. I'm still trying to get a hold of Outdoor Limited to resolve the issue, but I only get the answering machine every time.

ordered ammo, ordered canceled almost 2 weeks later when prices even higher and availblity even scarcer. Then took 3 days after order cancelled for a refund...Dismal
