“My elderly mother was with npower, before that with BG, I read that it would be cheaper with Outfox, to my horror I discovered that they charged her thousands a month, truly unbelievable, my mother isover 90 with heart failure and she was being robbed blind, after more than 30 years with other suppliers you would think we have an idea how much enegry is being used, what kind of company would do this to ANY customer, let alone a vulnerable sick old woman? it beggars belief, I curse the day I joined that company, I am seeking legal advice.

“I cannot find the words to describe how shambolic the company is, I feel sorry for the employees as they do not deviate from the script and have had a rough time since the price increase fiasco. Their billing is chaotic at best; customer service variable and they will be the next Economy energy unfortunately. Yes, they are cheap but their inexperience will be their downfall. I left them after about 6 months and would strongly advise others to do the same or not even consider them; they are making the big 6 seem like a better choice. Should the company wish to take offence to this review then kindly review the number of calls and dropped calls made, the duration of the calls to your poorly trained staff and the HUGE spike in my account credits and debits for the wording of this review. Good luck to all of the employees of this sinking ship.”
“I recently contacted this company to help resolve an issue my tenant was having with setting up an account, as an old account was existing she found a big barrier in her way and she was very upset and concerned, I thought Id call your company and give you a piece of my mind and ask you to fix up ! but NO I got delightful lady named Justyna, who listened to my issue, then went away for 30s and came back with the solution. she never said NO she made my tenant happy and kept me update with two calls within one hour, because of her amazing service I'm sorry but I feel the need to offer her a job here, but she objected and said she's very happy where she is, a real asset to your business.

“As a previous customer of Outfoxthemarket, I can say wholeheartedly that there has never been a better time to make an argument for re-nationalisation of energy companies. They just appear to make up the rules as they go along, at huge cost to their poor, unsuspecting customers, who suffer untold stress and upset at their immoral and sometimes illegal practices. If you look at the thousands of stressed and angry customers on Trustpilot, that tells its own story, and it just should not be allowed to happen, particularly to the elderly or those with a tight budget. Outfoxthemarket are successfully reporting numerous reviews that they don't like, which calls into question the value of Trustpilot reviews at all! I would certainly recommend anybody considering switching to this awful company to steer clear - they are not what they seem.”

Want to be taken for a ride? This company is an expert! Not only do they insist on DOUBLING the price you pay from autumn to spring inclusive, only leaving you to pay a little less than the original amount in summer, they then raise their prices by almost 50%! Not good for those of us on an extremely low income and who have a medical condition meaning keeping warm is essential to keeping the condition under control. I joined Nov 2018 and now (start Dec 2018) am in process of switching to another company”
