“Owners Direct used to have very good staff. An invaluable sense of customer support and were professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
They now have very little interest in their clients, poor customer serv yet have introduced a service fee for those making bookings which cannot be justified.
I shall not use them again.”

I let it through Owners Direct for five years with no problems.Then Expedia bought Owners Direct and put barriers up to stop owners and their potential customers apart. They insist on payment through OD, keep it for months until the guest checks in, won't let owners make direct contact with owners, and allow last minute cancellation without penalty. They also won't promote your property unless you have online booking activated. Most owners are leaving, having seen their bookings drop dramatically. “Just about to take them to court for negligence, fraud, deception, miss sale of services and the list goes on. Wont refund money as on owners side and class as a budget rental. We have photo evidence of wires hanging out the walls, electric tripping, dirty and in poor repair. But no one will listen. So time to give them a run in court as they state its not their problems but the owners. However the owners hide behind Homeaway which is the name behind Owners Direct.
