Scammers beware!!! A lady claiming to be the owner of this shoddy company Michaela twice took my money then refused to send my items when I complained about it she got very cocky telling me that I wouldn’t be getting my money back I did get my money back but this vile scammer tried to take the money again leaving my bank overdrawn I now have Santander looking into this fraudulent transaction & hoping to have her charged with fraud absolutely unacceptable vile woman you are I’m gonna tell anyone that’ll listen about you I’ll personally make sure nobody buys from you again! Disgusting

Item ordered was apparently "out of stock" but Oxford decided they didn't need to tell me this. They took my money and advised a 3-5 day lead time. Day 9 after order day I called customer services to enquire and was quite honestly shocked at the cavalier attitude and the sniggering. Ruined my gift to my nephew with no time to rectify. First and last time ordering from these clowns.

I put in an order and waited 7 days i rang them and lady was very rude I emailed them asking were my item was no reply eventually my item arrived. Like a fool I have ordered again from them 2nd chance still not arrived 7 days later so I emailed them again you got no reply my advise don't bother

Order placed on 14/12/20. Confirmation email received immediately saying "...your order will be delivered within the lead time of 3-5 working days from despatch." Chased order on 22/12 to be told the item had only come into stock on 17/12, AFTER their guaranteed Christmas delivery date. As other reviewers have said, the item wasn't labelled as out of stock on their website and I had no communication from them to indicate this was the case. I wanted to cancel my order, but Customer Services can't do that(?) they have to pass on to "Management" to call me back. Customer Services can't even say whether this call back will be same day! DO NOT USE.

Bought three 1:76 scale land rovers from them . All came with glaring defects , no response from the people at the company . Missing paint , overspray , bodyshell detached from base , bubbling paint , misaligned wheels , and in some cases , the wrong paint is applied . Quality control is frankly shocking considering the price point . Good luck getting any response from these guys . The customer service is a complete slap in the face . Only buy these products in person if you must . Even then , you might not get one due to the sheer number of defective ones out there in comparison to the non-defect ones .

Models are superb my gripe is the smaller box for 1:43 scale the original boxes enhanced the appearance of the models I find this is a shame for such good quality models the display was spot on hopefully Oxford may have a rethink I understand costs but also compromise

Recently purchased E type 1/76 scale ( Donald Campbell model) new. dashboard was detached from interior and rattling around, Oxford di cast did not answer e-mail and fobbed me off on the phone and were absolutely no help at getting the product replaced, ended up drilling the rivets out and sticking it back with super glue and re- fitting myself, just because I could, and not purchase another

I ordered my items over 2 weeks ago, and I’ve had NO update on when I’ll receive. Called them and the lady was quite rude and impatient on the phone and said it should be with me in next couple of days but another 4 days has passed and not received anything yet.

Placed order 23/9/20 for a Mosquito and Battle of Britain set, webpage stated in stock, got confirmation email saying delivery 3-5 days. 02/10/20 chased order, told Mosquito not in stock, do I want other item sent. No email to say not in stock, lady on phone quite abrupt and rude. Cancelled order, and she wasn't even bothered.

Not the most friendly lady on the phone, had a few questions, would interupt and ask what my question is which I was just about to tell her, not very engaging, seemed very very cocky. Didn't have the model I was looking for which is fine, but instead of helping she would ask if it's on the catalogue... To be honest, even if they had it, I would not have bought it from them. There is a thing called customer service, get better at it lady at Oxford Diecast

I ordered some items from the website that were all supposedly in stock but did not receive them within the promised timeframe. I emailed asking why and was told some items weren't in stock and they would send the package once the full order was available. Eventually the items arrived and I complained about the delay, so they told me I'd get my P&P back and my complaint would be sent to their head office, but I then discovered a further £20 had been removed from my bank account by them instead of a refund of £5 P&P. Thoroughly angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LYING THIEVES.
