"Yesterday I was ordered a combo pack which includes cake, birthday card and a Chocolate box, and while I ordered I had a wish on that message box for my Friend, but on the top op cake was written as I Love You, so I contacted their customer support via WhatsApp and email both and I said to remove the I LOVE YOU and asked them to tag\u201dHAPPY BIRTHDAY VANITHA\u201d today they delivered the combo.. but they had sent the birthday card saying brother and cake also they sent something different.. simply they sent different combo.. very disappointed \ud83d\ude14"

"Placed Order for same day delivery in the morning. Order was bouquet of flowers with addon of birthday card and mug. Got a message few minutes after that mug cannot be delivered same day and takes 3-4 days. I asked them to cancel mug and provide other items for occasion same day. They said 35% cancellation charges. Not sure why such people take customers for fools as no work was done by them on this order. The mug was basic without any customization and was cancelled due to issue at their end but still forced 35% cancellation charges. Finally had to take it 3-4 days after. pathetic service and lack of service quality. DO not order from them. Total SCAM. Also they have someone absolutely terrible on whatsapp and email. Got some really impolite responses. DO NOT waste money with them. Try FnP much better. I decided to place same order through another website as I was not sure they will even deliver the product now."

“I ordered combo set with a small pillow chocolates and a plant. Chocolates and plant not received. Charged so expensive but their service is worst and poor. Gift message just print on plain white paper?? Seriously?? Do not order from them again!! Lousy quality and service!!”

“I ordered today 23rd Nov for same day delivery, I received my order... but unfortunately my 1st experience was as expected...*BAD* 😡 Received... 📍wrong product...instead of chocolate chips cookies, I got butter cookies. 📍bad quality, nearly expiring (in 7 days) coffee bottle. “Placed an order for delivery at Hyderabad on 17th Sept. After they didn't deliver on the date and time opted for, I tried reaching them on phone number provided on 18th, but the number was switched off continuously. Connected with them through chat on portal which was ended abruptly after I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund as delivery commitment was missed. Messaged them on WhatsApp and when I asked for cancellation and refund, look at the way they responded !! Do not fall trap to Oye Gifts. “Worst service ever. They accept the order and then on delivery date , they refuse to deliver it and don't even bother to inform about the same. When you enquire on your part you get to know that they cancelled your order. Customer support system is highly unprofessional without taking regard of the opinion they say they are processing refund. And refund is been put on hold for several days. And customer care executives talk very rudely and say you can do anything go ahead. Never order from them”

“This is the worst most unprofessional gifting site ever I had an order which was supposed to to be delivered between 9-12 pm on 12th sept 2020 at some location. Theyconfirmed my order and said that there will be 0 delivery charges. I waited till 12 PM the order was still not dispatched for delivery. I called them several times they didn't picked up my call. Then I replied to the receipt mail. On that they reply that there will be delivery charges for it. Then why don't mention it before confirming order like other quality gift service websites. I have no problem that they are charging for delivery. My problem is they are not doing it before confirming order. The gift was supposed to be a real time surprise. But they disappointed me. Even the customer care was rude. Like we can refund you we are not keeping your money and all. They don't need customers. Highly unrecommended.”
