The catalog promoted a 20% discount on select arthritis packs, INCLUDING the Winter Combo pack of 3 creams and 1 ICE roll-on. The old ($64.95) and discounted price were advertised. When I tried to buy this pack at lower price, it was rejected by system. You wrote explaining that only orders over $100 got 20% off. Then why did you advertise the $64.95 pack as being eligible for discount? Even the lower price was displayed!
I used to buy that pack of arthritis creams (then it was 3 large tubes and 2 small tubes) for about $55 before delivery. So price appears to have gone up $10 anyway.

1. you charge A$35 for shipping and 'handling' a very package - this is unreasonable, and only persists, I suspect, because you have an Australia/NZ monopoly on Cefaly products
2. in spite of this, order take far too long to arrive.”
