ordered 2 games . mortal kombat and another one . the 2 cd's from MK are incored LABELED !!!!! ... DATA CD and PLAY CD are reversed . i am from RO and if i knew i am complicating myself with this site, i would ordered from emag.ro .....

Payed with a foreign bank account on a weekend they complained the money isn’t there yet and they cancel my order the money is gonna go through on Monday btw so they took 70€ out of my pocket and no product

поръчах и очаквах пратка на 08.02 . и днес на същата дата поличих обаждане , но за да ме уведомят че няма наличност . 4 дена чакам да дойде нещо което не е налично … а ми трябваше за подарък за утре

I do not recommend at all, especially from the warranty point of view. I sent a pair of sony wf-1000xm4 headphones under warranty after having a problem with the batteries (one headphone does not charge to 100% and discharges very quickly). They were sent 3 times under warranty, they came just as I sent them. Their "authorized service" concluded every time that the product has no defect. I could not use the international warranty because a year had passed since the purchase.

Absolutely awful service from the web team. Minimal effort, just enough not to be brought under legal responsibility. They sell poor quality items (with incorrect specifications), that break in the first week. Then they don't refund you, but you have to wait months for them to repair the item. The customer support communicate in a mean and sarcastic way.

On 29 Oct ordered a book to be delivered to my ailing father. On 9 Nov (!!!) they wrote asking for a contact number at the delivery address. On 22 Nov there had been no delivery. I opened a chat enquirey through their website. It took the first operator 30 minutes (!!!) to find my order. He then told me it hadn't yet been despatched and would be within the next ten days. Groan!!! I asked to speak to a hugher level operator, who repeated the same story. I cancelled the order, to be told it would take 14 days for my money to be refunded. Utterly useless lazy b*stards! Avoid like the plague!

Най скапаният сървис някога .... Веднъж щом нещо не е наред с твоята поръчка и трябва да минеш през ада за замяна ... Син да им се роди зет да им доведе ... Това са най големите скапаняци, които не си зачитат клиентите и грам ...

The worst experience ever, they sell items which are stated as available but they are not, they wont tell you that before you try to reach them. After a few emails they will refuse to take responsibility and will stop answer your emails. On the website says " express delivery up to 24th", my item was delivered in 9 days and i was not notified, compensated or anything such as at all, for the lost time and efforts to deal with their super poor customer service
