“I ordered two kits in March. After several contacts via email I still had not received them. I tried to cancel the order. No luck. I asked for a refund. No luck. I began the process with my credit card company to ask for a refund- that is the only way I got my money back. I got the two kits in late July (4 months after ordering!!!)and in a crushed box. Customer services is terrible. Shipping information is false. Emails go unanswered or you get a "sorry for the delay but thanks for shopping" response. The kits are good- once you finally get them-- but you can and should shop elsewhere for a better experience.”

“I ordered over $90.00 of merchandise on April 11, 2020 and never received any of it. The tracking code said it was mailed April 29th then the tracking expired in June. I wrote to them, waited 4 more weeks as they asked in their reply, then wrote again, this time asking for a refund. It's been 5 months after all. They refuse to refund my money. Do not buy from paintwithdiamonds.com. I will look for reviews like this site from now on before buying from an unknown company and I will believe them! Shame on this company!”
“I ordered a custom diamond art April 15 and paid $60 and still have not received it! I sent numerous emails,was given same info over and over and Everytime I would click the tracking link it gave me an error plus they would email me back saying it shouldn't be long now! I feel as if I was scammed as well. Do not order from this company! Believe all these reviews! They are rip off artist who refuse to refund your money! Thank goodness it was only $60 and not more! They would also say they will keep an eye on it to make sure it was moving along..then tell me just a few more weeks! They didn't even ship it until after the date it was supposed to be delivered. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal.
