“Don't bother ordering this product from China, no matter how good it looks. I ordered the beginning of December, for a Christmas present. It never arrived. I reached out at the end of January. They apologized and said they would send the order out again. It's now the end of February and their tracking info says it is still in China. What exactly have they done in the four weeks since they said they would resend the order?? I've now requested a refund. We'll see if I get it. No company can stay in business long with shipping times like this. Just buy on Amazon.”

Ordered a custom picture, (based on the wood frame I built to go along with this gift) to which they then increased the size of the picture without my consent.
Then it took 54 days before the order stated "arrived/delivered," in which I never received. I NEVER got my custom order, nor any assistance/remorse in getting refund/credit
DO NOT purchase form here - poor/ignorant customer service, and no willingness to assist the customers needs

“Finally received my kit after a 2 month wait.
It was made in and shipped from China. I am not at all pleased with it. The drills are not shiny, non-uniform and many have defects. The worst part is the symbols. Who puts a white symbol on a light beige background? So many of the symbols look the same and I’m having to use a magnifying glass to try to distinguish them apart. So very frustrating! Also symbol blocks are too small and drills pop up or out all over the canvas.”
“2019 first kit was PERFECT. All square drill fit snugly together. Beautiful finished painting. 2020 another good kit, drills less perfect than last. 3rd kit...drills hard to line up, had to search for the largest ones, to fill spaces. 4rth kit... drills too large, keep popping off because they are overcrowded! Time for a new hobby!

Didn’t get my picture at first, but then when I threaten to expose them to the United States government, so they couldn’t sell here anymore, all of a sudden I got my picture. BUT!!!! The diamonds were so small that I could barely see them much less place them. Also, they didn’t shine at all. Then, the picture I got was supposed to be a certain size, but they had so much border around it that the picture was really, really small. Do not order from this company! They might be cheap, but you either won’t get it, or you will get it and it’s a very poor picture.”

“Don't believe their "100% Money Back Guarantee" "Unsatisfied for Any Reason" - This is a scam. Once you place your first diamond the guarantee is void. They do NOT honor this guarantee. Their product is inferior with double sided tape. Diamonds do not remain adhered to the canvas and will be a constant battle to pushing them back down. When I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding this issue and missing diamonds in my kit they refused any refund. I cannot recommend.”
