“We are repeat customers, because these gloves are the best deal we could find anywhere. They are skin-friendly, being latex (we don't have a latex allergy.) The Nitrile gloves have phalates in them, while the latex do not, so if you have no allergy, these are safer for your endocrine system! These are comfy and strong.”

“I don't think you should ask customers to review your company or its practices until the order is received. I cannot rate your service until it is complete. All of the following questions are about the delivery which hasn't even happened yet. My rating is only for ease of ordering and for the free shipping provided. Maybe wait until customers have experienced the who,e process?”

“Jackie was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. She assist me when your vendor placed such high purchase requirement when ordering. I have purchased 6 boxes of 300 shoe covers in the past, and the minimum is now 26 boxes, 7800 shoe covers, that's absolutely ridiculous. Jackie suggested a comparable and less expensive product. Thank you Jackie and Barb for always giving such great service!”

“I appreciate the communication regarding a glitch in the ordering system. Thank you! Some of the models have the option to purchase mixed sizes in the minimum dozen ordering amount. I work for a very small non profit and like to provide the varied sizes of volunteers without having inventory sitting around or having to utilize our small budget all at once. Would love that option for all models!”

“THE INITIAL ORDERING PROCESS WAS A LITTLE CHOPPY DUE TO A POOR CELL CONNECTION WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. AFTER POSTING A NEGITIVE REVIEW I WAS CALLED BY BARB AT PALMFLEX ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WANTING TO HELP WITH THE SITUATION. I RECIEVED MY ORDER (THANKS TO BARB) A COUPLE DAYS LATER & EVERYTHING WAS RECD AS EXPECTED. IT IS REFRESHING TO SEE A COMPANY TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO SERIOUSLY. THANKS PALMFLEX & BARB!”
