“I ordered 6 boxes of ammo on 12/22/23. On 12/29/23, I received 5 boxes. I emailed PSA about the issue and was told I would be contacted in 3 business days. Cut to 7 business days and still have not heard from them. I go to the range and shoot the ammo, 1 box short, of course. I finally talk to a person on 1/8/24 and she(Customer Service rep) tells me that I need to take pictures of the box the ammo was shipped in and also the ammo itself and email it to her. I responded to her that I waited the 3 Business days like her email said, but no one contacted me. I followed their rules, but they did not. On the 5th day, I went to the range, so I can not provide pics because I have used the ammo. She tells me that there is nothing they can do without pictures. However, I did send pics of the shipping label that I had received with the package, but that was not good enough. I contacted the BBB and started a complaint and also called my bank and told them. They returned my $28 right then. This process took over a month. I go to place another order today(3/19/24) and saw that my account has been blocked. I called PSA customer service again and inquired about my account. She says that since I reported them and had a charge back from the bank, then it violates their Policy Guidelines and my account is blocked FOREVER!!!!! Are you kidding me? You steal my money and then block my account because I reported it!! Shame on you PSA!! PSA does not have any integrity at all!!!!”
“second time my package is have showed up soaking wet first time was guns owed them up didn't complain second time was five Red Dot Scopes and of several hundred rounds of ammunition PSA has not been any help if they want you to deal with UPS by yourself which is terrible they will not answer the phone and all you speak to the computer that will not understand you went to the facility can't find anybody it's turned into a nightmare psa's customer service is no good for nothing it states clearly if you have a claim on ammunition it will be refunded immediately not the case here it's more like you deal with it buddy”
“Buyer Beware ... PSA does not stand behind their own website advertising, website shows gun with a stock; however, manufacture stated they stopped shipping stocks in Jan 2023, yet it's Oct 2023 and PSA is still using old photo. No customer service, they didn't even respond to information they requested to resolve. I am still waiting on a response as it should not take long to stand behind your own website! DO NOT waste your time and money with Palmetto State Armory!”
