“As an American citizen I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but once I started my process with them, I was truly taken aback by the exceptional service from pancardnri.com. Their staff was very efficient and helpful throughout the process of getting my PAN card. I received my card here in the USA (at my Richmond address, here in Virginia) within just 15 days, and it arrived in a timely and accurate manner. The team was always available to answer my questions and provided me with a step-by-step guide for the application process. I am also deeply impressed with the service charges asked by them. “My Name is Jitu and live in the UK.I needed to apply for Pan Card for my wife.I sent my application by UPS to Prachi.For some reason the UPS in India wouldn't release the documents. We waited 2 weeks sending them copies of the contents etc but no luck. Eventually Prachi managed to carry out all the whole application process online.Today I received my conformation of my wife's PAN Card. Prachi Gupta assisted us step by step from start to end and went out of her way to sort the issues out for us. Prachi Gupta and her team are very professional, reliable and trustworthy. “I first contacted this company on 20/12/2016 from United Kingdom. Ms. Prachi Gupta dealt with our case. All the instructions provided were very clear and we submitted our applications with all the documents on 27/12/2016. Some minor issues on the applications were immediately flagged and ironed out by Prachi. We remained in contact while the application was lodged with the government PAN dept. Prachi was very good at responding to queries and very reassuring. PAN cards were received by Prachi's office on 14/2/2017 and we received them in post by courier delivery on 22/2/2017 or within 5 working days. Considering the Christmas and New Year holiday period in between, I feel the process of submitting applications and receiveing PAN cards was super efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Ms Prachi Gupta to deal with PAN card applications or any other business offered by the company.”
