“They charged me £35 for a "plug and play" service when having a TV delivered which I paid for as they made it sound like a setup service (and the photo on the website shows this). When the delivery drivers turned up they said that all they do is plug it in to the mains to prove it works. They didn't even put it on the stand just laid it on the floor.”
“I was order number 4043666152 if they want to challenge this. I paid extra £25 for morning delivery. The evening before they sent me an afternoon delivery slot. I had a webchat to explain and they said they would correct. The following day no arrival in the morning. Webchat again to be given an apology. Told them I didn't want an apology, I wanted the extra £25 delivery fee returned and an explanation why they failed to sort out despite my webchat the night before that was to avoid what happened. I was immediately disconnected from the webchat by a "Mariam". Appalling service.”
“Garbage company they messed up my delivery then re sent it the same day on a different van. It should have been here at 8am it's now 8pm and they say they are still 1.5hrs away. Who on earth delivers parcels at 9.30 pm in the evening. Customer service are script reading robots who have no ability to contact the drivers who refuse to reply. I've wasted a whole day off work waiting for this and only now at 8pm have they bothered to give me a vague time when the parcel will arrive. I won't buy from any company that uses panther for delivery in the future. They make Evri look good. Its taken them so far 10 hrs to do 8 deliveries. Wish I'd have walked from leicester to their depot in Northampton I'd have had my package quicker that way.”
“Failed delivery after I paid £35 to upgrade my order to after 6pm as I was at work. Got washing machine 2 days later after trying to cancel the upgraded time slot because it wasn't needed on that day was treat like a human piece of garbage by this company. Transported the washer upside down and I also paid £50 for wet installation, removal of old machine only to be told that since the machine didn't have a spanner supplied with it they couldn't install it. Fortunately I'm well equipped and had a full set of spanners. From the moment these clowns turned up at my door to leaving it took 13 minutes in total to do something I could have done myself. No quality of care for the customer disgusting treatment will never use this company again.”
“Worse delivery company I've ever dealt with (and I used to be in logistics). When they opened the doors of their van, our fridge was on the floor - obviously not correctly secured in the van. When removing our old fridge they damaged the kitchen floor, bent a hall light fitment and snagged the trim on the front door. They were meant to install the new fridge/freezer, my wife and I ended up doing it.
If you can do so, avoid using this company.”
“Lazy and disrespectful delivery guys. Dragged a mattress with a dirty plastic cover over our stairs even after I asked them to remove the outer plastic first. Pretended not to speak English at times when it suited them. Company wants to Jack me around rather than just take responsibility for cleaning the carpet. See pics.”
“Delivered 4 stools and one box badly damaged that the goods in side were damaged.
The supplier gives you one date and Panther override the date with a later date.”
“Hi I'm not complaining about a delivery slot I'm complaining about the third party drivers they use! The road I live on is being used as a van depot! They park at anytime 7-10 maximum size luton vans fully on pavements, on dangerous bends and blocking residents driveways and causing visibility issues. One person below has mentioned their mattress was dirty, well I can give you an answer on that one we can regularly see the vans drivers transferring mattresses from one van to another. They do this by completely blocking our residential road. Goods are stored overnight in these vans also. We are all totally fed-up with this.”
“Awful. TV from LG was meant to be delivered on Thursday, they then changed their minds and said it was arriving on Friday between 16:00 & 18:00. They then contacted me and said it was 2 hours later, so somewhere between 18:00 & 20:00. In the end it never arrived and somebody called me on the Saturday to organise a new delivery time. It's admirable they have any sort of hope that it'll be 3rd time lucky. Unfortunately I was on holiday for a week, given it was Easter, and so couldn't sit in for them on Monday when they wanted to deliver it. (I had sat in and waited Thursday / Friday already).
Ultimately Panther Logistics are a delivery company unable to deliver products.”
“I was supposed to take delivery of a replacement TV today by Panther Logistics. They gave me a slot of 07:24-09:24 and when I checked the live tracker they were at drop 1 and I was drop 2… the first attachment shows that they were unable to deliver because of a vehicle capacity issue, strange given that they were supposedly already out delivering, which was clearly not true.
Then they send me another text making out that the item is due to be delivered today and quickly update it to say delivery failed to make it out like it was my issue and that I’d missed the delivery.
Fortunately being on the spectrum I just screenshot everything and as you’ll see in the photos they didn’t update their site quickly enough… also this is a dishonest practice as they will be claiming they attempted the delivery so they get paid.”
“Can not believe the standard of service. Drivers showed up with no PPE and proceeded up the stairs. One of them left scuff marks of blood on 3 walls. The best part is when the internal review came back as “we spoke to the drivers and they said they didn’t do it case closed” I now need to organise for a decorator to come in and clean blood off the walls!!!!!!!! What an absolute joke of a Company.”
“Only one star (undeserved) because you cannot log on to give review otherwise. Arrived and one man got out, opened the back of the van and pointed to my large and heavy package. It was obviously already damaged to one corner. The man then pushed 2 other packages to one side in a rough manner, then proceeded to try and tilt and pull my delivery but jammed it into the van roof causing further damage. He then got the driver to get out and help him lift it 3yards onto my drive. They immediately dropped my package causing more damage. I said I wasn't happy and took photos, they said there was nothing damaged and left. No 'white glove' service, no customer service at all, no PPE, scruffy appearance, and the van was a near wreck, eg nearside mirror hanging on by tape. Will not let Panther Couriers anywhere near me again. Attempted to include photos below, not sure if achieved.”
