“USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I was faced with the unpleasant situation of having to complete my masters thesis whilst caring for my terminally ill father. Despite the extension granted I did not feel like my thesis was up to scratch and decided to pay out for a proof reading service. I chose Papertrue (despite being more expensive than competitors) because of the positive reviews and the apparently high standard of customer service. I received my edited document back and was astounded to find that there were still grammatical errors and the editor was clearly not a native speaker as there were grammatical errors in her comments. I complained and a second proof reading was offered free of charge and delivered within 48hrs which seemed fair. I then had a quick scan of the introduction and found there were STILL small errors!! Papertrue state: "all issues will be covered to ensure your document is error free, perfectly written and ready for submission" I can tell you now that this is not true. I then had 24hrs before the deadline and so worked on it all day and night going over it myself, which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place as this meant sacrificing time with my critically ill father. I have NEVER felt so stressed and unhappy in my life. I sent a follow up email to complain on 9/12/17 and STILL have had no reply. Essentially I paid £328 for no reason whatsoever and Papertrue have made no gesture to remedy this. Shocking service. I would say stay well away from this service, even if this is a rare occurrence and it was bad luck, trust me you do not want to be the one it happens to...”

“BUYER BEWARE! I strongly urge you to save your time and money by finding a company other than PaperTrue to assist you with your editing/proofreading and book design needs. PaperTrue's lack of professionalism and unacceptable work product has been a major disappointment...If I am unable to save even one potential customer from wasting their valuable resources, then, the time taken to write and submit this review has been worth it.”

The second order was placed as a result of our satisfying work on your manuscript, a positive feedback that you shared with us over email said: "I have been really impressed with the services provided by PaperTrue thus far". After the delivery of the second order you told us: "Just wanted to confirm that all looks good, please proceed with the typesetting". After this, the typesetting was delivered to you a few days later than promised, which could happen if the designing needs require highly qualified designers from our end. We take our negative comment with equal enthusiasm as the positive ones, but we are truly sad about what's written here because it completely disregards the honest work our editors and designers have put into your manuscript. “The editing really depends on the editor. Some papers were edited very well, and some were edited very poorly. But one fortunate thing is that if you don't like the work you've received, you can always ask for another revision. This actually helped a lot with one of my orders.”

“I’ve sent a lot with you guys and I can say that the quality is sub par. There has been one edition so far who did a very nice job really going thru my document and offering suggestions that actually made the paper better. The others I’ve found errors missed. APA 7 formatting mistakes missed. I once even made the line margines wrong on a quote > 40 words just to see if it would be caught and it was not. I will be switching to another platform next semester as I’ve spent $700 on papers with you all and the quality has just not been where I’d hope for the $. I send to a decís editor after you and the feedback is always the same “the people who checked this must have been in a hurry”. If I could pick the same editor alwys I would stay but even that last request was never fulfilled.”

“It was good, they gave me many suggestions to make my essay better. The only thing I asked that they didn't give was, I said to add some vocab in par for my common words to make my essay more unique but not much of that. Other than that it was great.”
