WOW what went right = GO DIRECT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER WOW what went right. very little. after an earlier example of terrible customer service and thinking id give them another chance i booked another parcel to the USA. nearly £40 worth. was told royal mail would bring forms. NO THEY DIDN'T... to cut to the chase Parcel2go advised to re book and they would send customs form to the royal mail. royal mail collected. the parcel and a week later it was returned to me and i even had to pay for that to be done!!! so i would sugest DO NOT USE THEE PEOPLE' GO DIRECTLY TO THE POST SERVICE. the customer service is appaling and they seem more obsessed with removal of poor reviews than improving their service ian

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I had looked at these reviews before I sent 5 parcels. 4 arrived, 1 clearly stated fragile with tape and hand written on the box. As you can guess it was damaged and the contents broken. Missing parcel that was lost I'm still fighting for compensation. Of course there will be no compensation, despite taken out £500 of insurance. Be warned they take you money lose your parcel and trash the ones that are delivered. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Said attempted delivery and left a card, both of those statements are false (I was at home). Now been sent to original depot (no re-delivery attempt). I suspect this is a way of charging for re-delivery - AVOID

I would give them zero stars if I could. An abysmal service from start to finish. Parcel2Go allocated me to Evri and they failed to collect the parcel so I had to take it to a drop-off in a shop. Not what you'd call secure as parcels could easily have been taken out of the parcel bin by anyone in the shop. The tracking did show that it got on its way though so I had hopes of it arriving, as scheduled, in the Philipinnes. However, the delivery date came and went and I started the laborious process of chasing Parcel2Go via messages (no phone support). This went on for a couple of months after which they 'closed the file'. Despite all the tracking technology available they could not locate the parcel and it was deemed 'missing'. They seemed more focused on the compensation issue rather actually finding out what had happened to the parcel. I didn't bother claiming the £25 compensation as it was British souvenirs collected over a 12 months period for children in the Philipinnes rather than a single item. I wish I had just used one of the reputable international couriers direct instead of using this intermediary. My reference was P2G118529327 if anyone at Parcel2Go is interested in looking into this case.

This company are running an ongoing SCAM of declaring duped up charges from couriers after a parcel has been sent on a more and more frequent basis. The worst offender is UPS. I sell paper prints and they always weigh less than 2kg but in the last 6 months I’m being sent additional charges declaring the parcels weigh 8kg which is untrue. Do not use this company!!!!!

Misleading, cheater and fraudulent company. Plz beware when you sending parcels out of the country. I paid postage and plus more for insurance of £200 . They didn't told extra charges was so high and when asked for return they never gave my parcel back. It was worth £200. And it was my best friend's 50th Birthday Present I already paid for Insurance too. And they were asking me to pay for return. I am really disappointed. I really dont know what to do. I am really sad.

Absolute shocking company you pay for your parcel to be sent it clearly gets picked up and taken to the depot as shown on the tracking record but the best part is when you try to claim for the lost item you cannot simply get through to them its all automated So I sent all the documents they required even a screenshot of the tracking showing where the item was taken to the depot and then stops tracking only to recieve an email 2 weeks later saying the case is closed due to insufficient documents sent AN ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY Will never use them again

Horrendous service. Courier company have lost my package. Tracking clearly shows it hasn’t been delivered and I paid for insurance. Every day I get emails asking for more information, some of which I can’t provide as the item was a gift to me years ago and was being sent for repair (until it has been lost) No direct contact number and their chat service is a robot. Taking this case further. There has been no apology or any info as to what they are doing to chase up the courier who lost the item. Upset and angry and will never use again.

Be careful using Parcel to Go. It's fairly cheap and straight forward making a booking with them but, when things go south...it's a nightmare and they will close any case against you with no reasoning. I had a case where tracking showed it was at a depot for over two weeks (clearly lost in transit). Buyer filed for no item received, i opened a case with P2G, provided all the evidence and documents showing it has not been delivered with over two weeks over due from delivery date. Parcel to Go claimed it had been 'delivered and parcels rarely go missing' despite tracking CLEARLY showing it had been in transit for over two weeks with NO UPDATE. Lost my parcel and needed to refund buyer, what a joke.

They took 3 weeks to deliver my parcel and in the process damaged it. They refused to pay the loss I incurred from sender which was £100. Terrible communication and service and I would NEVER recommend them. Pay more but get good service. Very bad 😡

Stay away from these guys! Liars and cheats and misleading their customers. Website advertised 2 express service to Germany, which I paid a premium for, and the item still hasn't been delivered and it's a week later! Customs was not the issue as I can see from the tracking it cleared customs in a hour, it is just a really slow delivery service. When I complained, all their customer services had to say was I need wait 2 days to get a response from the courier. Refused to give me a refund or any compensation, even though they clearly mis-sold a service (as Express 2 days) and falsely advertised on their website.

Parcel2Go: P2G120967618 Evri: T00MTA0117790899 Case ID: 3240144 EVERYTHING WENT WRONG! I sent two identical packages via Evri through Parcel2Go. One turned up, the other did not. I took some pictures of the one that arrived with my customer correctly, and it turns out instead of listing the weight as 9.7KG, it stated

I sent a parcel via Parcel2Go, it was an Xmas present and I insured it for 200, when I noticed it stopped tracking I contacted them straight away and was told to wait as it is still time. I sent on the 28th of November 2023 and contacted them 1st of December when it said "Driver not scanned", then nothing happened, after the 8th I raised a "Parcel lost" claim, they wanted all sorts of personal data, like bank statements or an eBay screenshot where I had bought the item, luckily I had a bank statement, declaring that those are Saint Laurent shoes, but the price was higher (well, yes, but I bought them a few months before) so they are being difficult about that, my friend was absolutely OK with getting 2nd hand designer shoes as a present that I had worn once. Now they keep sending me requests showing the damage for a "partial claim" - which partial claim, and which damage? They have LOST the parcel, I will be taking them to small claims court!

WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER have they picked up on time (it once took them a month.. or dropped off successfully. Over the years they have caused me hundreds of pounds in lost packages and/or embarrassment with suppliers. My latest experience was so bad that the supplier was equally baffled. (I made a point of paying for cover and glad I did...kind of) Firstly, they supplied the wrong labels (the gave me print off ones instead of a scan for the shop to print off) When they were picked up (both packages were the size of a semi detached house so hard to misplace or get confused over), they delivered 1 but not the other (they were both going to the same place and identical). Both showed as delivered but they delivered 1 to their own P2G warehouse (why will never be understood or established) It took days and hours and hours to contact them to get answers (none of which they had). So, having spoken to Yodel I gave them the address where the missing package was (as i said their own warehouse). Why they didn't know this, I have no clue. They kept me on to them for over an hour saying they were trying to sort it out and then said....."its the end of my shift now so i cancelled it all and you will have to claim it back as I see you bought cover!"... "I don't want to claim it back I just want you to collect the parcel from where you stupidly sent it and get it to its destination please!" "Sorry...too late.. its with claims now!" Did the stress stop there? Ofcourse not! I challenge ANYONE to claim back the value of their parcel without jumping off a cliff before you get it! Absolute wxxkers! They don't care! They are as organised as a drunk pensioner with dementia. DO NOT send ANYTHING of significant value with them. If you do... pay for cover....but even then...at your own financial risk and your own mental health because they will make you waste dats and days and hours and hours jumping through hoops for them to even look at it.

Package wasn't delivered when there website stated it did! I (recipient) contacted there customer service team and was sent a picture of some old man with his dog holding a square box in his (house) doorway? The package (content - picture frame) was addressed to go to a "Click & Collect" convenient store (Londis) so the photo obviously didn't match the item in question! Then was told to contact the sender as they couldn't provide more information due to legal reasons????? What a incompetent company!!!!! And by the way the courier used by the sender was Evri/Hermes so not really surprised in the atrocious service! I would give zero stars if it was an option but seeing as I can't I'll give some free advice, don't use this company as it's a joke so don't let them make a joke of you!

They damaged my parcel in transit, and then disposed of it without even updating me on what had happened. I had to find out myself by checking the tracking history. They then refused to pay for the damage despite me having paid extra for full protection on the parcel. The website makes it very difficult to get in touch with a real person, and it seems that their decision on claims is final as no option was given to respond. I would recommend you avoid this company

I’ve been using P2G intermittently for some years as it’s a good economic option for moving packages abroad. It has to be the worst website ever. It took me 12 hours to process one box. Trying to get help is torturous. For something so complex as shipping abroad it is really important to have either experience and or experienced help in jumping the multitude of hoops. P2G has not upped its game in 10 yrs and is very inconsistent vis customer service. Cheap but not cheerful.
