“I don’t suppose I’m allowed to swear am I? Oh well, they are just thieves then. 3 weeks wait so far & customer service don’t respond. Frankly it’s no wonder they’re cheap. As they say “ you get what you pay for “ It’s a wonder how they survive in the business. Awful. Just awful.”

“Terrible service from Parcels2Go. Our small parcel to Italy took 40 days to arrive exceeding the original delivery date by 2 weeks. It makes one wonder what this company does with it's parcels to manage an average speed of 40 miles per day. I would not recommend others to use Parcels2Go.”

“I 've been posting about 5/10 parcels every day with Parcel2go for the last 2.5 years. (That's something like 4500 parcels). I only accept the UPS or ParcelForce offers (I always avoid the Hermes option) so there's never been a problem. Nothing has ever been lost. Nothing has ever been broken. I post the parcels and forget about them - as I know they'll just arrive. The only issue I ever has was a parcel to Autralia where they said the Volumetric weight was to high and they charged me £100 (Once they accepted the offer and the parcel was already in Australia) - Very dishonest - Don't any use the DPD offers. There's a lot of poor feedback on this reviewing site for Parcel2Go and I wonder how genuine it is. I am the Jumblemaster 99.6% 102,000+ feedbacks (MEV Spares) Phone me up and I'll tell you Parcel2go is fine. You know this feedback is genuine. Avoid ParcelHero, I sent two parcels with this nest of vipers. They never forwarded it onto UPS. They just took the money and nicked the contents as a bonus. (Jumblemaster) MEV SPARES”

“I posted a parcel to my daughter in Toronto using the parcel2go website most popular search option choosing a 7/8 days delivery option using parcelforce. To my big surprise within 3 days I received a message from my daughter that the parcel had arrived. They did it perfectly right and more than twice as fast as expected for me this time.”

“Used them many times for eBay deliveries, no problems at all. Mainly use DHL next day through P2Go and have found the service to be first class.”

“I was reluctant to call Parcel2Go because of the bad reviews, but it was so cheap that I decided to give them a go, and now I'm so happy I did. I sent several parcels in different days, and all of them were collected and arrived on time, I've been able to track them, and both the couriers in UK and Spain were very nice. I've made a mistake with the last parcel, and they sorted it out very quick and efficiently. I will definitely use Parcel2Go again.”

“I sent a parcel yesterday for the first time. In spite of the fact that I hadn’t realised I was supposed to have printed off labels (I thought the email was just an order confirmation) the guy was very patient and waited. Then the printer wouldn’t work so I didn’t know what to do. He talked to his depot who says they would print the labels off for me. He must have been standing outside the door for over 20 minutes. Excellent service. I’m really sorry I didn’t ask for his name, but whoever you are, thank you. You were brilliant”

“I read these reviews after I'd dropped my parcel at the post office and was horrified in case my grandchildren didn't get their birthday presents as we can't visit them at the moment. I needn't have worried!! I chose to send my 5kg parcel with Parcel Force 48 hour, measured and weighed it and got a quote which was a fraction of what it would cost doing it direct. After printing off the labels and taking it to the Post Office on Wednesday afternoon I was delighted to get a text from my son on Friday morning to say it had arrived. I really cannot fault Parcel2Go service, it worked perfectly( along with Parcel Force!)”

“If you value your sanity and bank balance, do not use this company. Why, read reviews and find another courier. Despite their processes allowing me to purchase insurance, they refused my claim when they lost a 27 kg parcel putting me out of pocket of £150.”

“This was my second time sending a parcel with them from UK to Spain via DPD. The first time was all great and this second time I was a bit scared because they were two big boxes (20kg and 25kg) and together. They were collected last Thursday and arrived yesterday in perfect condition. All the process was fully tracked and I have zero complaints. I will keep using the service :)”

“Was a little worried about using Parcel2go after some of the reviews, but I needed to send quite a heavy parcel to Norway and it was the cheapest option (Using Parcelforce through them). Online system was easy to use, printed labels off, attached to box, dropped off at my local post office (COOP), it was collected that day. I tracked the item which seemed a little slow to be sent to delivery office, then suddenly the other person notified me it had been delivered. WOW. One week, cheapest service and all good. Cant fault them.”

“P2G were great - does what it says on the tin - customer service very good, answered all my questions. Has in house tracking so you don't have to go on 100 s websites to follow your parcel - all you need is the p2g number would recommend a++”

“I sent a parcel to my Mom in Germany with DPD. The booking was quick and easy, right after the payment I received a tracking number and was able to follow the parcel every step from the collection to the delivery and the courier got my Mom to sign for it. All you want from a parcel service :P”
