TERRIBLE COMPANY. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER!!!! Chris Mathews needs to be sacked!! My parcel was picked up over 2 weeks an ago. Scheduled for delivery over a week ago. It is still with them. I asked for a return and a refund, they say it will take several weeks to authorise a return! Can you believe? I asked to make a complaint and my emails are being ignored by Chris Mathews!

For everyone curious for more information on this scammers, their warehouse is located at Norsk Wholesale Ltd, 2 Willow road. Colnbrook. Slough SL3 0BS. That’s where your stolen parcels are being kept. The company registration address is 160 Kemp House, City Road. London. EC1V 2NX. Roger Sumner Rivers and Jackie Hart are their executives/directors. I’m gonna be a thorn in their side till they return my parcel they stole and took my money and failed to deliver. Parcel hero own 75% majority shares of Parcel compare and they have conveniently disconnected their phone numbers. Here is the phone number for the warehouse 01753 800800

DO NOT USE this company, their behaviour is appalling. they have taken money out of my account without my permission, and now I have to spend time escalating this legally and deal with all the stress that comes with it. Not worth the hassle for a few pounds cheaper to send a parcel, And you can't talk to anyone if anything needs resolving. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

To how to correspond,My name is Anna Delgado, I like to make an official complaint. this complaint is for 6 different parcel delivery. all of them I to send it in different days. 1-I had used the services of Parcel Compare to deliver my parcels. I had sent in the last January 7 parcels. 2- In parcel comparison I selected 2 companies to send my parcels. TDT & DPD. 3- I didn't have been advised of the quantity that I could be charged in Aduanas Tax. This point was relevant, because I If I had known, I would never have sent all those parcels. (I make responsible for my decision to use the service because I decided to send the parcels by DPD for a cheap price. If I were properly advised of the final price never I have sent all these parcels.) 3-The Parcels send from TDT (it cost 154.32�)came late but they came. Thanks, I contacted SEUR many times when at last I was informed, that my parcels were there and the amount of tax to pay. I had to pay the taxes of the parcels on two separate days. The first payment was the 4/2/21 and the second day of taxes was 8/2/21. 3-I had informed that the parcels will have a delay of 10 days after the Tax payment to get delivered. 4- I had been contacting SEUR Multiple times to Know what is the situation of my parcels. 5-At the same time I contact Parcel Compare, They answer always with the same answer template. But no information where my parcels are. 6-DPD informed me that the recipient didn't accept the parcels and they will return my parcels. 7-Parcel compare send confirming DPD information and that I will be an extra charge if my parcels are returned. (I don't understand because I will specify how many times I contact the company to inform them where are my parcel. I had accepted the delivery therefore I had had pay the Aduanas tax.) Contac time with parcel compare: I had requested information where I had received a template answer or no information: 3/2/21 4/2/21 8/2/21 9/2/21 15/2/21 18/2/21 19/2/21 22/2/21 23/2/21 I had received information from parcel compare today 24 I had received another email telling me that I had not accepted the delivery of the parcels. that brings the case at (I don't understand because I will specify how many times I contact the company to inform them where are my parcel. I had accepted the delivery therefore I had had pay the Aduanas tax. Contact with SEUR By Phone: 1/2/21 to 24/2/21 Single Day. SEUR Emai: 1/2/21 to 8/2/21 DPD Website Chat. Yesterday And a few different phone calls. 2/1/21 8/1/21 22/1/21 The last information of DPD is that another company that is call delivery plus is the one that must do an investigation. Because is the company that I had the service from. I don't know which is company is that. Because as I explained before I had started this parcel compare. The content of the parcels. All of the boxes are similar content. Books, clothes, shoes, personal items like photos, kitchen items, and others. I can't know exactly what of what I have in the boxes because I didn't write but in all the boxes there little of everything. Personal comments: I have anxiety and depression that is why I came to Spain with my mother. You can't imagine how frustrated is this situation. I had no more money because I had pay this tax that I didn't been advised. I had to buy cloth because are in the boxes. The problem here is the bad customer service that I receive, from all the companies. Yesterday I had Use The word F++k in one of the emails, as a frustration, impotence and In this time Parcel compare answer me quick "don't use this language because you will lose your case.". I Apologies. But I'm feeling so bad with missing of empathy of the parcel compare. I fill Scam. I"m crying when I write this email, I can't find hope in my life and this. That 3 companies now 4 play with the people like this. 1-I want my parcels. 2-I want a refund of all the money. 3-I want to arise an Investigation for fraud to parcel compare, DpD, and Seur.

The IT system ParcelCompare ask customers to complete does not provide an accurate price for delivery. The system is seriously flawed and when an extra charge is demanded and taken automatically, ParcelCompare refuse to take responsibility and blame the delivery company. Do not trust Parcel Compare or the price they quote.

Totally incompetent. Sent my parcel to my daughter in Japan to Hong Kong by mistake. Had no idea it had been misdirected and 3 weeks later told by recipient UPS picked up and they had no idea. Irreplaceable personal items for my grandsons first birthday which have now been lost. DONT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE.

Adjustment Invoice for £13.98 sent to me 42 DAYS after delivery for no reason. I booked a collection of an awning on 10/11/22 to be sent for repair to Pontefract from the Midlands. It was a circular awning bag which measured 90cm long and was 30cm in Diameter. It weighed 20.5 kilos on a set of digital scales but I rounded it up to 21 kilos so I was not understating the weight. It was wrapped in polythene, sealed properly with parcel tape and clean. The paperwork was on the outside as requested and the driver collected on time and it was ready for him. I booked it to go with UPS and paid £15.28 by credit card. The parcel was delivered on 14/11/22 as promised at 14:11 and there were no delays or problems. Today ParcelCompare sent me an email to say there was an adjustment invoice for £13.98 an they have already taken the money from my account! I will instigate chargeback proceedings with my credit card issuer as this is an illegal charge applied. The parcel was not oversized, it was not under declared in weight and was not above the maximum dimensions specified so there is no reason for an additional charge. Disgusting and unlawful practice. Fortunately the people I sent the parcel to still have it and know the weight and dimensions so I will be getting them to make a statement to back me up. I will never use them again or recommend them. In fact I will go out of my way to tell everyone about the shoddy and sharp practices followed by this company.

This company is the worst. Basically they stole my package. They picked it up one day late, then no more news form my package. Never got through any more scans and 2 months later after a great time lost on their terrible customer service, they told me it was lost, no insurance no refund, no nothing. This is absolutely the worst experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Pay double with someone else. It will be worth it.

Spent a hour getting the box size down to the required size to ship at there quoted price. Weighed 10kg. Collected and delivered to customer. Roughly a week later I get the email saying the size of the parcel was over sized meaning way the calculate the weight was now over and I owed an additional £65 on top of the £125 already paid. The charge was taken from my account and it was down to me to prove otherwise. Unfortunately I’d never had this with any other delivery site so hadn’t take the pictures they needed to prove my case. Consider this when choosing parcelcompare, make sure you take picture or just avoid them all together if you don’t want the extra headache. I won’t be using them again.

Company wanted to charge me after the price was agreed and parcel sent. Claimed that the shipment was audited and surcharges were applied, as the package was found to be larger or heavier than declared, which has increased the price. Requested a photographic evidence, rather than providing evidence themselves. Wanted £64 pounds more, I paid £17 initially for the parcel. I contacted my bank and stoped future payments to them in case they attempt to take money out of my account and said that I will report them to Trading Standards UK. Also emailed them that "Once a price has been agreed between the trader and consumer it is deemed reasonable and legally binding. I am under no legal obligation to pay further charges. Furthermore; if the trader didn’t want to carry out the service at the agreed price then they should have informed me of this prior to performing to the contract. This would have given me the chance to either agree or decline the amended price". They do not have a leg to stand on in court, and they will never make a court claim.

What a shiiiit... Do hire them never! They dont have a phone number, and answer your emails too late. I hired them because they offered me next day delivery. I lost my money and time. Disgusting.

I used Parcel Compare, as they appeared to offer a reasonably-priced service, using TNT as the carrier. The complete collection and delivery service came to £69.84. My parcel was exactly 187cm x 74cm x 26cm, and its weight, 34 kilos. I actually generously overstated the weight at 40 kilos to allow for e.g. any weight fluctuation through dampness etc. 10 days later, I have received an e-mail claiming that TNT had audited the measurements of the consignment, and found that the ‘volumetric weight’ was not as I had stated. In other words, I had mis-stated the dimensions of the package, and was now liable for another £40. As with all my hapless fellow Parcel Compare service-users, I was told if I wanted to challenge this, I would need to provide photographs of the parcel, (that had now long gone), complete with tape measure in the picture to demonstrate the size! They of course know full well that no-one will have any such photos of their consignment!! These people appear to be scammers, and they will get no more from me. I urge anyone reading this, in a similar situation, to put a block on their bank account immediately as I have done. This is while a permanent block on Parcel Compare is being set up (it takes 24 hours at my bank, during which time you are still liable for any money removed by the company).

After payment went through, all details disappeared from the screen and the dashboard showed no payment and no parcels. Complaints department only accessible by snailmail. I have sent a complaint but after reading these reviews, am not hopeful of getting a useful response. Watchdog here we come!

This site is a scam. It fails to display legally required details and therefore you cannot find anywhere to complain. ROGER SUMNER RIVERS is the owner/director and the company is registered at 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. These are the details I am using for a small claims court case for failure to deliver a parcel and failure to refund or pay compensation. I suggest everyone else with a complaint does. it costs £25 online.

A warning not to use Parcelcompare /UPS A warning not to use Parcelcompare / UPS who have attempted to fraudulently claim I have sent an oversized package and attempted an additional bill of £120 (vs £30). Fortunately I have images proving their claims as false and fraudulent - DO NOT USE. They are nonetheless continuing to pursue their claim which is vexatious and without merit. Please refer similar experiences to the UK Police Action Fraud service.

We sent a box to the USA and AFTER it was delivered DHL who Parcelcompare used to send our box said it was bigger than we said and nearly DOUBLE the weight A weight an OAP like myself could not LIFT to weigh in the first place Parcelcompare asked for photographic evidence from us of our box but REFUSED to give any from DHL !! This has gone on for over 2 weeks and causing us OAP’s great stress which with us being in the highest Covid tier is terrible WE SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR APPALLING REVIEW SCORE FIRST AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do not Use this Company 😡 Zero stars are not allowed, I paid £216 for 2 parcels weighing 45Kg as told it would cost their adding my weights and sizes on their website, 16 days later I was told it had been Audited by UPS and gave me a Ref number and I owe another £40.19p, so I called UPS who said they never Audited it and only delivered in the UK, I told Parcel Compare this they then said DHL had Audited it, they gave me a different Ref number so I called DHL who also said they never Audited it, they also sent me an Email saying there were no Changes to the Weights snd Sizes, Parcel Compare refuse to accept this and are still using threatening emails, it will be interesting to see the Outcome 😡

Do not use this company. I paid for a delivery and put in specific dimensions and weight. They outsource and told me that UPS had audited my parcel and wanted to charge me an additional £125. The original fee was only £30. Luckily I hadn’t unpacked the item and was able to take photos and weigh the parcel. Complete fraudsters, stay well clear and use a direct reputable company.
