Its been over 1 week since I have been waiting for my delivery, when I call them they always have excuses about my address being wrong etc. I have called numerous time to verify the address with. The lady in the tracking department is extremally rude!!Will not use their service again. Disgusting!!!”

“We bought from Leroy Merlin. The parcel was due for delivery on Monday 10/07/2023. Thursday 6/07/23 we got a sms that the parcel is on its way. No arrangements could be made because we have a life. He pitch up at the gate, nobody was there. He said he will come after 12 o'clock. Make arrangement for nothing, he didn't pitch. He was called and where supposed to deliver Friday. Day off and waiting for nothing. We called and he said he will delivered Saturday. We denied and said sorry but it was booked for Monday and we will waiting. It's past 3 in the afternoon and no notification from any delivery. When I called to ask where the parcel was the phone was dropped in my ear. I was past furious. I called back and after a few min it was answered, sounds like she was sleeping and singing in my ear. I said to her that it was bad service to sing on 'n phone to a customer and this will be reported. This is head office and another crappy story was told. You're service is so bad that my toilet paper do a better job. I will inform Leroy Merlin also about this noncens.

“The worst service ever experienced. Don’t know how they got into courier business. 1st time, they sent my parcel to a collection Centre while I clearly indicated home delivery. This time around, TODAY, they delivered my parcel in Cape Town while I’m in Pretoria. The call Centre agent was rude and did not even take responsibility for the mess-up, can’t advise when I should expect my parcel. Totally nonchalant about they whole mess.”
“Parcel was sent to another province. Pargo's consultants was assuring by advising the goods will be delivered to the correct address. The goods has been returned to the shipper... Never again will I use Hyperli or Pargo to purchase goods online and be delivered by Pargo... Almost a month later still no resolution or refund”
