on exit the camera did not recognise the registration which caused a delay otherwise fine

if you had not mislaid the keys to my car on my return the score would have Been higher P.S will be parking withyou again in Nov.

There were problems with the site accepting my bank card which were sorted on the 3rd attempt.

On exiting there was no operative in the pay station which was fine. I exited using the instructions and it took me 15minutes to leave the car park as the person on the end of the intercom couldn't find my booking yet a copy was in my hand. A better way of exiting or having card validated would be beneficial.

Got confused with the car park as I expected to see BCP written up somewhere. You should make it clear when booking there is no name and it is not in Percival Way.

The bus service and the short ride to the airport were good and parking easy. The overall experience was spoilt by the fact that the exit barrier wanted £125 to exit even though we had pre booked. A visit to the customer service office resulted in a new ticket being produced against my documentation that fortunately I had with me. I received a smile but no apology or explanation. What is more frustrating is that this has happened before !!

Preferred to use the old system of putting credit card in as having to find the relevant desk and wait for the relevant tickets after a fllight, carrying cases etc, took so much longer and less stream line.

When we arrived at pick up point...at least 25 people waiting...waited 30 mins for bus....

was quite pleased again but when I got to the barrier to exit after my holiday the barrier didn't open and I had to speak to the attendant and give my details as for some reason my car was not recognised

Basically OK, but the entrance machine didn't recognise my car, and neither did the exit machine, so both entering and leaving I had to use the intercom!

Parking at Belfast International Airport. Simple to book and park on arrival. Bit of a trek from car parking spots to courtesy coach, which wasn't ideal for my partially disabled wife. And on the way back the phone line for the courtesy coach wasn't working correctly which meant having to go back in to the airport to try and find some way of contacting the coach, not easily achieved but ultimately resolved. Staff all very helpful.

car park was very busy and some driving required before finding a parking space, On the positive side the surface of car park has been resurfaced so much smoother than it used to be and a lot easier to pull your suitcase.

When we arrived back from flight the bus took about half an hour to arrive after we called. Getting the car back was fine but my car was so dirty when I got it back which was not the condition it was left in.

Quite expensive for a week in comparison to car parks at Dublin airport where they were almost half the price. Only for late flight time with a baby I would have considered some of the other car parks in the area.

It was very busy when we arrived and had to queue for a while to check our car in. The location was quite difficult to find as well. Otherwise, parking was affordable and conveniently located for us and staff were friendly.

Clearer information required in car park as to were the transfer buses stop. Also did not appreciate having to drag our luggage from one end of airport to the other ( Arrivals lounge to Departure lounge check in hall A) to have our car park ticket validated when arriving back at Leeds Bradford Airport.

The buses were far too busy and overcrowded and needed to wait for another one which again very very busy so at these perk times do u need to run more often On way out and especially on return not very happy or friendly staff, very abrupt Need to consider on return to car park not opening all doors as it felt like a scrum and no consideration for those with buggies and families so they should have one queue and go on in orderly manner helping those who need it not letting chaos reign
