“I recently purchased a 750ml tin of varnish and have since realized it was the wrong colour. I rang them today and asked if I could exchange it for the right colour. I arrived several hours later and they had the correct varnish waiting for me. The cost has reduced £1 since I bought it. Because of this they gave me a £1 credit note to use when I return. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great service!”
