I'm a local mobile shop owner who is planning an anniversary of my successful business and have no clue as to organise a party layout. She put me in safe hands and advise me on a theme and the services you provide. Very kind and patient she was with plenty of eye contact and enthusiasm. Knowledge of products was outstanding. Warming young soul. After visiting one of your many competitors this morning compared to EMMA, the service was rushed and informative and felt unwelcome with a care for my business. So with that, the only conclusion is to give my business to partica in mid march and if all goes well as like the service I received in the shop, I will continue to use them for every function I do.

“Partica was very helpful in accommodating our balloons order for my daughter’s first birthday. Nicola went above and beyond. However, their return policy of only offering a credit, put a damper on the whole sales interaction. I understand a credit for costumes. But to change a balloon order, a credit is unfair.”
