“Have used Party Ark previously with a fantastic selection and a great product delivered. This time had an issue that was caused by the courier company but the problem was rectified 100% with amazing service and support provided by Karl. Will continue to use Party Ark even though we are based in Adelaide, South Australia.”

“I ordered everything for my son’s party and paid for the next day delivery by noon. The parcel did not arrive by noon and I tried to arrange for the parcel to be delivered later that day (with the devilery company and Part Ark), but it was not possible. When we were out to pick up our children from school, we were left a note that we have to pick up the package at a depo 30 min walking distance. When I contacted the company and ask for help as we need supplies ASAP they said that they can rerfund me for the order when it is returned to them and this is all they can do.”

“Ordered hungry caterpillar paper plates and napkins for my daughter's 30th because she loves anything with a strawberry on! But didnt realise other set of plates was just a leaf! So the kind man at Party Ark sent me some more strawberry ones free of charge! What service! “I ordered the “Roarr Dinosaur Party”for my daughter’s birthday and it was great! Moreover, during the buying process I had some doubts and I wrote and E-mail that the answered quickly. I live in Barcelona and the items arrived very fast. Besides, the customer service was excellent! There was a litle issue with one of the ítems and they solved very quick sending me another one that arrived in 24 hours. I definetively recommend the company!”

“I ordered the jungle theme party range for my daughter's first birthday and it was great. Party Ark despatched the order very promptly, it was nicely packed and all items correct as ordered. They are also very competitively and fairly priced, I did shop around and these were the best supplier. Also used the online chat box for a few questions and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again for the next birthday party. Thank you”
