“I placed an order at PartyCity.com. I never received my order. The tracking showed delivered, but it’s no where to be found.. I contacted Party City for help regarding the order, I was immediately told neither a refund nor replacement would be made. I was told an UPs claim was filed, and I’d receive an email within x time. I never received an email past said time, so I contacted back and was told to give it a little more time.. I did, and still nothing back. I contacted back again, and was asked if I had filed the Ups claim. We waited all this time, thinking our case had an UPs claim. We are completely out $195, my son, did not even get a decorated party this year due to not having the funds to replace what we already paid for!! We have always shopped in store for our decorations, but this year they didn’t have the theme he wanted, so now we are eating the cost. It’s not right we were led on for so long when they knew they weren’t helping us. We are so disappointed. We won’t be shopping at party city in store, or out after this horrible experience that cost us our sons party.”
