“I think an angel was sitting on my shoulder the day I called and it was Adam who answered my call. Adam went way above and beyond what I’m sure his job description states. Because of Adam’s dedication he asked questions and advised me to allow him to send samples for me to try before placing the actual order. He overnighted the samples and I looked at everything. I was never advised there were different size catheters or that they were available pre lubricated. I mentioned to Adam how painful I was finding the self catheterization so one of the things he did was to send a smaller sized catheter (both non lubricated and pre lubricated). I was afraid to try something different from what I had been using, but finally decided to go ahead and try. I actually cried when my first attempt the catheter inserted easily and painlessly. I was so overjoyed. I had been suffering since may self catheterizing 3 times daily and was in constant pain. When I told the visiting nurses about the pain both on insertion and removal and how my body forcefully was contracting and pushing the catheter out leaving me in pain for hours afterward their response was “hmm”. Because of Adams concern and his commitment to his job and his customers we knew I had been using a catheter that was too large and I should never have had to go through that. Adam checked with me the next day to see how I was and made sure this was the correct size. He then contacted the urologist and had the prescription corrected to the right size and was then able to fill the order.
Adam is a God send and I thank him for everything he did. I still cannot believe how lucky I am that it was Adam who answered my call”
