“Placed an order on line for a car seat that my son and his partner had chosen, received a call from Sally who informed me that the clour we had chosen had some slight scratched on it, in her words 'hardly noticable' but she offered a discount or we could have a different colour with no scratches, there would be no delay, delivered next day. We chose the origionla colour, and Sally was right you can hardley notice cthe scratches. Good customer relations there, advised of an issue, gave me alternatives and left the decision up to us.”

“I ordered an ICandy on the Sunday evening. I had a call from them on Monday morning apologising for not having the colour requested. Within the hour they were phoning to say they had allocated the pram in our colour. The pram etc arrived yo us in the North of Scotland within 2 days. I cannot thank Paul stride company enough for their help. Thank you”

“Very helpful team, ordered online but they reached out to ensure the spec of everything ordered was correct and even allowed the selection of colours for some of the included accessories. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication around delivery date was clear - all expectations exceeded!”

Many thanks for your review. We are sorry about the tax being imposed, but now that the UK is no longer in the EU, all items imported into another country (from the UK) will be subject to additional import taxes. The price you paid for the goods had the UK Tax deducted prior to your payment as it was classed as an export. As paying Tax is a legal requirement there is nothing we can do to avoid this charge. We do reference this within our Terms and Conditions, but can only apologise if this was not made clear enough during the buying process. “I placed and paid for an order of nearly £500.00 and a week later have heard nothing! Starting to get a little concerned at having to spend hours of time I do not have to chase up my order or get my money back. Following the above comments Paul Stride customer services took action, traced and sorted my order which was then promptly delivered. Congratulations to a customer service that does what it says”

“I couldn’t recommend this website more. We emailed re stock on a Saturday, got a response within and hour and were told our pram and car seat would be delivered on Tuesday. It was all delivered on Tuesday. It was also cheaper than anywhere else. Excellent! THANKS 😊”
