“I’m so so happy with the service from the guys at Paul stride! So welcoming, the lady Holly was so friendly, great with finding out any information for me when asked! Holly was straight to get me a price and the product that I needed! The shop is such a hidden little gem! The car seat we bought got installed for us, with a great demonstration on how to put it in ourselves. Honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! If you’re considering buying something online or going into a shop, I’d definitely go to the shop! They have so many great baby items there! I’m so glad I can now travel with my daughter knowing she will be safe in her new car seat! Can’t wait to see you guys again in the future! I also emailed late on Sunday night about what products they had in, I got a reply literally instantly! With the products they have and the times they’re open for us to go have a look! Thank you so much!”

“I recently ordered my pram and car seat full bundle from the online website. I had a few questions before ordering and emailed in; my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently. Once the order was placed the communication was fantastic and arranging delivery was very straightforward. As a first time mum; I found finding the perfect pram very overwhelming but the process online with Paul Stride was so easy. The product is perfect quality and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.”

“I needed a Britax child seat sending to me within 24 hours but it was a bank-holiday weekend so I knew it was a big ask. One call to Alex at Paul Stride and everything was sorted. he assured me that the seat would be with me the next day, and it was. Brilliant service - thank you”

“Having just walked in with a car seat I was greeted by a white haired women saying that's an old one,I went in to see if I could get an isofix for the car seat which unfortunately I couldn't,I would suggest not commenting on what people have and try saying hello,she did not know my circumstances and yes I was very offended,Im so pleased it was me and not my daughter with her new born baby it would have been very upsetting as that was all we could afford.The saving grace was a man who dealt with my question,I most certainly will not be returning”

Good Afternoon Julie, Many apologies if you were offended by the assistants comments certainly this was not the intention, but merely a light hearted quip. However I have spoken to the lady who made the comment and asked her to learn from this experience. Please accept our apologies for this. On the car seat I am afraid that model of car seat has been obsolete now for several years and as such parts or accessories are not available from the manufacturer. Many thanks Kevin - Paul Stride

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. Dropped them an email regarding the purchase of two seats, Kevin emailed back the very same day and sent me a voucher for some money off for buying two. Ordered seats that night, dispatched the following day and received on the Friday. Credit where credit is due for smaller independent businesses. Thank you!!”

“What a small world, bought my own baby equipment from Paul Stride in Acomb when my husband worked there some thirty years ago, needed a car seat for my grandaughter recently and my daughter suggested I used the company she got hers from in York, was pleasantly surprised to see it was Paul Stride! “Hice un pedido en España y fue perfecto todo. Muy rápidos y el producto excelente. Tuve que pagar el costoso envío y las aduanas pero merece la pena. Una buena tienda. Esta bolso en España está agotado desde hace mucho tiempo y en Reino Unido aun le venden, por eso elegí Paul Stride.”
