“Good product - too expansive shippement - bad surprise when the parcel was arrived in France 10€ of additional taxes !”

Good Afternoon Marie Charlotte, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry about the Tax but now that the UK is nolonger in the EU all items imported into France will be subject to French TVA (VAT) however the price you paid for the goods had the UK Tax deducted prior to your payment as it was classed as an export. As paying Tax is a legal requirement there is nothing we can do to avoid this charge. On the postage we do not make any money on this in fact in most cases we make a loss on this. Again since Brexit we now have EU clearance charges placed on top of the postage charge again we cannot avoid this expense. “I was searching for Inglesina Aptica XT and the only place it was available to ship internationally was Paul Stride. I was stunned by the world-class customer service experience I had from their team, particularly from Kevin Clarkson who had been my saviour in getting it delivered from the factory in Italy to the UK and then to UAE on time. He was informative and prompt in responding to enquiries. Ask for Kevin if you are after a great customer experience and don't hesitate to purchase from Paul Stride.”

“Great customer service and great prices. When I first came across the website I wasn’t 100%, the prices were great and thought it must be too good to be true! Having looking at independent reviews there was loads for this website which reccomended it. I also had to call them due to a delivery issue which was not their fault and they responded quickly and even followed up.”

“We have used Pail Stride before for car seats: I wanted to see in person and test various seats. The advice was sound, knowledgeable and so when I needed a new car seat, I was happy to go back. This time I ordered online as the price was competitive. The item was delivered the next day, for free. Super easy and very happy.”

“We needed a new car seat and had used Paul Stride before. They stocked BeSafe and were the cheapest around. Delivery was free and we had the seat in two days. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.”
