“Really helpful staff, we had an issue with a broken car seat and they went above and beyond to help us get sorted with a replacement. Wouldn't go anywhere else for baby products, there is definitely a benefit to using an independent knowledgeable store rather than a big chain.”

“We ordered the bugaboo fox5 late on a Friday eve, I got in touch with the sales team to ask for an approx ETA and Kevin kindly got this on the next courier to be delivered as soon as possible ( we received on the following Monday!) extremely happy with our purchase & the exceptional prompt, friendly customer service from Kevin. Would highly recommend Paul Stride and would purchase again from this company.”

“We purchased car seat it says ee quick delivery but I had to phone and ask where it was to be told out of stock apparently it should say when ordering but because I ordered on my phone it won't say that which I find hard to believe. The car seat finally arrived 2 days later thinking they must have overlook my order.”

Good Afternoon Lesley, Many thanks for your review and apologies the delivery took a few days to arrive. The sales on this product exceded our forecast once they went on offer meaning that the item went out of stock for approx 10 days whilst we were awaiting further deliveries from the manufacturer. At this time the item to listed online as pre-order meaning sales could be placed whilst we await the stock being replenished in the warehouse. Yes we have found a glitch on the system where on mobile devices it has been showing as instock rather than pre-order and this has been notified to our website provider to rectify, the desktop site has not been affected by this problem for somer reason. I can assure you your order was not overlooked as we despatched all seats to customers on back order within 24 hours of receiving the stock into our warehouse. “Was very good. Okay dispatch once stock was received. Wasn’t next day as stated. Was emailed by DPD on the 4/7 saying expecting it and came on the 6/7”

Good Afternoon Lymara, Many thanks for taking the time to review our service. Apologies over any confusion on the delivery. DPD email as soon as we print the labels for despatch, however in some cases if they have already collected our parcels for that day the collection will not actually take place till the day after and once collected they provide a 24 hour service. You should have received an email and/or text on the morning of delivery to confirm an allotted time for this to take place. I hope this explains the delay of 24 hours on the delivery. “Excellent service. Had the item i required in stock, it was the best price on the Internet. Free delivery. It was very quick and cane via courier. A lady from the store in York actually contacted me the day after I made the order to confirm delivery . I would highly recommend.”

“Probably the best service I have received from an online retailer. They were quick to respond to my emails and even called after I'd made my order online to confirm the colour as the colour I had ordered was different to that I'd been emailing about. Absolutely brilliant.”

“Fantastic customer service. I contacted them to see when an item would return in stock and they were very prompt and helpful. Once it was in stock I ordered it then later noticed they had another colour I would prefer. I emailed them to change it and within minutes they had done so and let me know. Could not have asked for better, thanks so much.”

“I wanted a buggy for taking on holiday and using for short local outings. I called up Paul Stride’s to enquire about a previously popular brand of buggies that a few accessories were still available for online. I spoke with Paul who advised me on alternatives, the Joolz Aer+ being one of them. I went and did some further research and eventually made the purchase without having seen it in person. The buggy arrived super quick and wow are we all happy with it. Thank you for your great advice Paul!”
