“Very Bad Experience.In the transaction failure,since more then 7days paytm deducted the amount and when i call to their customer care(CC) they simple drop one SMS to register the complaint. i want to talk to their CC. Do not use paytm for any transaction.”

“Paytm you are doing frauds actually stealing money and even deleting the transaction details, cases and chats. I did payment for vodaphone which was unsuccessful and the amount got deducted from paytm wallet. I was able to see the transaction in statement and even I raised case too but these guys didn’t refund the Money. And deleted all the details from app. And customer care is useless, they are giving me robotic answers. And this is same I thought about these wallet companies.”

“Hi Worst customer care service. 1) I called you up 5 times and after waiting 10 min each time, call got disconnected. No reply from you. 2) I got error in return/replacement option, there is no return option, only replacement option is shown and when I opted it, it says "We are sorry - this product just went out of stock with the seller. You can opt to return the product and place a new order.". Now do not know how to return the product. 3) This is my 3rd order through paytm, all 3 times I am required to return the product due to bad quality issue/defective items. I suggest everyone never ever buy product from paytm.”

“its such a waste app, other apps dont charge so much of money by mistake i added 10000 instead of 1000 and to retrieve that i had to pay 400 rps. no a friendly useful app .. i uninstalled it immediately... kindly viewers use something thats useful for us .. not these kind of apps which rob money”

“I have ordered a product on 2nd November. It was showing to deliver on 3rd November. Today is 13th November but still not received. Customer support is zero. They are just highlighting my case but nothing else. Have not get such a worst customer support before. No mail communication. Will never go for this in future”
