“We had gas cooker fitted and a dryer delivered from curry’s in Newport, Mike and Sam was absolutely fabulous and they went above and beyond for us. I do hope they get recognition for this as 100% customer service from these to guys in our home. Mike and Sam what a credit to your company they are many thanks.”

“Just wanted to write a note in praise of one employee - Chris - working in the Llandudno store. As a non-technical person, I was dreading buying a new television, but he made it an easy experience. His straightforward information and thorough knowledge of the range was commendable, and his manner is friendly and supportive. Many thanks - I was able to make the right choice for me with his help.”

“I recently had repair completed from the Barrow-in-Furness storeby the know how team and was pleased at the prompt and thorough in-store and telephone based service. There is a chap called Dylan who was particularly informative. He didn't make a fuss, stuck to the facts and was very helpful.”

“The reason for writing this review is the difference between two Curry’s stores. I wanted to purchase a TV so went to the Chester Store. Oh dear not a good experience, staff were not really interested in serving me and just about managed to tell me that they didn’t have what I wanted but did tell me where I could. Travelled to BROMBOROUGH what a difference. The staff were helpful, polite and the service was first rate. Even though Chester is local to me within 1 mile of home I will in the future travel the distance to BROMBOROUGH.”

“Tamworth this weekend had manager reviewing customers as they left store and was interacting with dissatisfied customers, they intervened when I pushed sad face on leaving store, they asked my why and told them problems I had with carphone warehouse operating in their store who advertise at wrong price and try to charge you extra, they put it right by telling carphone warehouse that they do not operate like this and told them to put it right.”
