“A few years ago, my LEXAR USB Stick became so that data content was inaccessible. PCUK was able to retrieve the data at very reasonable cost and in quick time. I have been using them ever since for ALL my computer needs, though it was a chance encounter as i live in willesden, NW London.”

“Cliff and staff always willing to help. Had to go to online help for access to e.mails. Problem was multiple viruses had corrupted e.mail company was very helpful and executed remote technical help enabling me to access my emails. They removed the cause (webroot) which was causing the problem.”

“I have had a number of dealings with PCUK over the last couple of years, involving upgrades to my previous computer and the purchase of a new desktop pc. Everyone has always been polite, helpful, and willing to explain all options available to me, as well as answer any questions I have had. I have introduced several friends to PCUK to purchase new computers, and all have been more than satisfied.”

“My son recommended you 3 years ago and took me along to your shop and bought a laptop and printer. You were very knowledgeable about products and I felt I got the best deal. recently visited again to buy some new equipment and the service was still great. “I left my laptop to be repaired on Thursday 4th June and was told that I would be contacted by the week-end. Having heard nothing I called on Saturday 6th but unfortunately was told that the engineer had not had time to look at it but I would hear by the following Monday. On Monday I received a phone call to inform me that the spare part could not be found. I was offered a second hand laptop at the cost of £129. as an alternative. I explained that I was busy and could not straight away. When I went to purchase it on the Wednesday, it had been sold but I could buy another one for £ 99. I was a little disappointed. However the advice was good and friendly as always. The advice is always friendly”

“I encountered excellent customer service from the moment I started dealing with PCUK. Initially that was felt over the phone when I made my first enquiry, it was then re-in-forced when I visited the shop itself. From start to finish I was kept informed as to the progress of my repair, the costs were clearly laid out upfront and my Laptop was even returned before the estimated due date.
