“Pdsa wolverhampton... what a brilliant service .. took my dog in as emergency... saw her straight away ... advice I had after.. really good staff .. friendly... thank you !!! For helping my poor girl who is now in recovery 😊”
“They were amazing in the treatment and attention that my dog received in his last year of life, they gave him a diagnosis on the first visit, after other veterinarians did not do so, he had treatment, follow-up, and quality of life until the end . I couldn't be more grateful, they are great professionals.”
“My little jack Russell had a lump and after she was registered I got to see avet in 5 days and the vet was fault less 100percent recommend and was very pleased thank u pdsa. This is my message as my other phone hasn't got the net on so thank u”

“I have a cat who has not eaten probably for 2 weeks, after visiting Wolverhampton she is now eating sardines with afters of evaporated milk. I would love to share a video.”
“My kitten boke her leg quite badly with a difficult break to fix, pdsa even put her up for the nite at charring cross hospital, then her operation the very next day at carntyne pdsa, the nurses, surgeon, admin staff all very professional, my kitten back home with all her 4 legs on the mend. 5☆☆☆☆☆”
“Bristol PDSA is very good. Both reception staff and vets very helpful. Admittedly I think they don't always give same level of vet service as private but pay private if that's what you want!
I've seen too many people with expensive cars and dogs are PDSA who if they can afford those, why do they need PDSA? Means the needs of those with out money don't get highest levels of care the PDSA used to be able to provide.
I also agree with their one 'animal treatment for donation' and reduced treatment costs for 2nd pet. Their service is so overwhelmed currently, it's fantastic we have this available. Also if you can't afford to get your pet chipped, you shouldn't have got one in 1st place. Please do give as much as possible when giving donation for treatment”
“The PDSA does what they can with the volume of animals needing reduced-cost care. This includes many people who abuse the system and use their friend's or relative's benefits to get in. Unfortunately this leaves many gaps in care, especially preventive (like vaccines, neutering, dental). You will NOT receive the quality of care that you would from a private vet. PDSA is best for euthanasia, and if you have an animal that needs putting to sleep and cannot afford to go elsewhere, this is the place to contact. Private vets are required to provide first aid (pain relief or euthanasia) if you cannot get into the PDSA for some reason, remind a private vet of this.”
“The vets are outstanding ,cannot thank them enough but the receptionist at Huddersfield pdsa are rude make you feel so small, you can see that there judging you they need training in customer service”
“I'm a single man whos home went on fire trapping my two cats inside.so I was homeless had no possessions left and cats were took to pdsa Fri 17th. they knew I was homeless and was on benefits which paid taxi fares to and from pdsa.they treatment was great toward my animal's but then they hit me with a £600 bill reduced to £360.where was a person on benefits with no cash or home to find that kind of money. every one was talking about it being a charity. so where do this charity money go if they ask for hundreds of pounds from poor disabled ppl on benefits. I have nothing and still they insisTed it gets paid.in lost all my money everything. so just won't be going back. what a disgrace they can't even have payment plans. I'm discussed.”
“I would give minus stars if I could I rung up on a Tuesday say my beautiful dog was not well, I said she became unsteady on her legs and wasn't eating. They said it wasn't an emergency. I rung up in the morning today Wednesday saying she was worse they said still not an emergency then then in the afternoon I rung again because coz she collapsed started fitting they said you need to get her with in 30 minutes or they won't see her I rushed to get a taxi since I have no other transport and she died before the taxi got to me. Vets4pets said to make a complaint because PDSA are turning loads of people away and being rude on the phones so I blame the PDSA for my beautiful girl dying don't go there you animal won't survive the pet hospital of death”
“Took my staffy, he had a sore swollen leg. I was told to leave him for a xray and the vet would phone me.
The vet called and told me he had a new fracture on top off a old fracture.
I told her he has never had a fracture before but she wouldn't listen, her advice was to put him to sleep as he would have no quality of life, I said no so she said we would need to ampute it, I said no. I told her to give me anti inflammatory and antibiotics, after a few days he was back to normal.
Took him to another vet for a xray, he had never ever had a fracture.
Somthing seriously dodgy going on with this vet. Shouldn't be allowed near animals .”
