“I am a branch manager of Gustan Cho Associates, a dba of NEXA Mortgage Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois and my branch and myself am licensed in 48 states including Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I have taken my share of NMLS state exams and am used to many Pearson Vue testing centers. However, I have never ran into such a great group of professionals stationed at the Kenosha, Wisconsin Pearson Vue Green Bay Road Location. I had a difficult time passing the Utah PLM exam and kept on missing it by one or two points. I took the exam multiple times and got to know Faith, Carol, Beth, True, and Michelle. Since I flunked the Utah PLM exam multiple times, I got to know these great professionals and they got to know me. Even though taking the exam near my office in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois would have been more convenient, I chose to take the exams at the Kenosha, Wisconsin location because of these great ladies. They are knowledgeable, extremely sincere, answer any questions I have, explain the directions in a understandable manner, and always ask me if I have any questions and go above and beyond if they do not have the correct answers. I like to thank them for all they do for test takers. I will miss them but plan on stopping by time to time to say hello. Thank you Faith, Carol, Michelle, and True. You are appreciate”
“I wish I could give zero stars, or minus five stars. I give 3 months studying, 570 GBP, plan a trip to Ankara, Hotel, schedule annual leaves work programs and what did I get in return. Pearson Sabotaged my exam with your test center mistakes, took 15 minute of my time, didnt add this, couldnt understand or accept their fault, doesnt answer to emails or feedbacks for MONTHS, ignore me and after 4 months of review gave me an answer TOTALLY IRRELEVANT and NONSENSE, doesnt even have any connection of their mistake or my complaint. The worst company ever in my life. Hard to get worse then them.”
“Terrible program all around. Can run the program on many older computers. Freezes up and keeps having issues. I’ve spent hours trying to get it to work with the help of customer service to no avail. Do not use!”
“I am having issues with not getting my score back from pearsons Vue. I took my casp+ exam January 8th and it said completed. But I never got my scores. When I go to the site to look at my exam it still states -In progress. I've called them every day it's always it will take 3 to 5 business days.
It's now going on 3 weeks and still no exam. This exam was a work requirement. That now I can't meet so my job let me go. I've contacted Pearson Vue many times. They said it was an issue in their end and to wait 3 to 5 business days and I will get a call. No call. I initially was scheduled to take the test December 30 but had technical issues with their software. I've called them everyday! Their customer service is the worst. They gave me a free voucher for my troubles. That I can't use because my test still shows I progress 3 weeks later. This particular cert is required for my job. Needless to say I didn't meet work requirements and was let go. I was fired because I could not get my test results and all Pearson Vue could say is we can get you a free voucher. I WANT My scores!!!! I even opted to re take it but they said the can't close out the test. That's comptias job. This is a horrible company!”
