Good coffee. Slow delivery, Shipping unreasonable. Clumsy website. Buying good coffee from you folks is not as simple as it should be.

I have been a customer of Peet's since 1978 and have always enjoyed their coffee in store and purchasing beans for home use. I used Peet's subscription for quite awhile now and it has been a challenging and ultimately worthless service. Increasing or decreasing your subscription order through the website is an experience of poor web design. I know a ten year old who could produce a better online experience. As of yesterday, I have canceled my subscription due to a major melt down with their website and basically poor customer service. Such a shame.

Very good coffee, terrible customer service. I started drinking Peets in the 1970s in S.F., and on-and-off ever since. Recently I bought two one-pound orders online. They sent me FOUR pounds, two of which were types I would never use. I went on their "help" line, waited 1 1/2 hours and finally gave up. The whole time they "serenaded" me with assurances that I was the next in line, that the "agent" would be with me momentarily, etc. I have no intention of paying for coffee that I didn't order, and Peets may have lost a long term customer. P.S. Pay with PayPal so that they can't charge you for stuff you didn't order.

I've been a loyal customer for years but have just gotten tiered of the bad service and the continued problems with the app. The staff refuses to honor the rewards claiming the app is down. It seems to come back whenever the rewards expire.

Sneaky Peet ! We have been a Peets Coffee customer for many years. We like the taste. However, not only have they been increasing the price, we recently learned that Peets is putting less coffee in the bag. We know this because my wife always puts the coffee in a clear plastic container to keep in fresh, and there is a vislibly smaller amount going into the container. Shrinkflation is setting in with Peets!

I've been a Peets subscriber for over a decade. The coffee was good, the delivery was fast (2-3 days), the customer service was excellent. Since Benckiser acquired the company, it has been a straight downhill run. The coffee is still good, but delivery of orders takes at least 10 days (CA to OR), and the customer service, now coming from Pakistan or India, is atrocious. I have cancelled my subscription.

I ordered my coffee 25 days ago and Pete’s coffee. Customer service Hass to be the worst ever. They keep promising that they will escalate and find out what is going on create a reimbursement package and still the problem kept existing lie after the other. It’s a shame because I really do love this coffee, that management does not care about their customers. Their customer service seems to be handled from people out of this country because nothing gets resolved. One lie after the other stay away they just don’t care. I know it’s only one customer but they lost this one.

Peets subscription service is so slow. It took three days from the subscription date for my bank to receive and process my order. Then it looks like the bag of coffee won't be delivered to my door for a total of 8 days. May look elsewhere for a more reliable subscription service. I shouldn't be concerned, it should be here on time, which is the point of a subscription.

I buy from Peets once a month, no subscription. Two things have been challenging with this company over the years. Customer service is slacking. Calling is futile. I tried twice this week, put on lengthy hold times then the calls were both disconnected. Tried email and it takes 48 hours to hear back. And lastly a big problem with Peets and their shipping company is rarely do I get shipping dates. Tried clicking on tracking and UPS hasn't updated their server. I have received my delivery and their tracking still indicates they do not have the tracking info. I have told this to Peets in the past, another apology from them and looks like that problem continues to be unresolved. Am looking into other bean suppliers who not only provide a great bean but customer service. Challenging to continue to be a customer with a company that hasn't worked out all the bugs in their business or maybe they just have stopped caring about providing good customer service.

I have subscribed peets, but they have skipped too many. More importantly, they withdrew from my account without delivery. I asked to refund it, but they have not made refunds for three months. Bad company 😞

I was buying them since 4 years through… I was buying them since 4 years through their website. They just come up with minimum quantity buy. I love their K cups. Now they are offering 3 minimum quantity buy for each different type of coffee. So I buy varieties of 4. Now they make me have to order 3x4=12. Very disappointed. Bad. Just charge me shipping. You know why you making me have to buy 3 each minimum each varieties. Dont buy from them.

Peet's definition of a subscription and my definition are not the same. Because I am wrong I own 3 pounds of Kenya Auction Lot instead of 3 pounds of Kalosi. Peet's is a very arrogant company. Policies are changed without any communication with patrons, grinding criteria changed, sweetener brands were changed by elimination of all but one. Order Kalosi and be corrected by the clerk to use the new full name, Sulawesi-Kalosi. I will replace Peet's with another provider of Kalosi coffee.

My name is Kimberly Harris and a resident in the NOMA District of Washington DC! I have been rocking with your NOMA Peet’s location since day 1 of its opening and consider it to be the BEST Coffee ever to have been introduced to mankind! Please see the photo I have attached of what I experience every morning when I receive my Orange Mocha w/whip! Michaela and her staff are ALL ROCKSTARS and make the BEST Orange Mocha w/whip cream I have ever tasted in my life! Peet’s products are so stellar that many consumers don’t care about the price of the products and just want the best for their money! Thanks Peet’s for being awesome and hopefully the NOMA crew will receive a recognition from Corporate real soon! Stay bless🙏🏾

I have been drinking loose leaf Peet's Scottish Breakfast Tea for close to ten years and buy it by the pound. I just opened my first bag since the merger with Mighty Leaf and it is a different tea. I called to ask if they changed the blend and they denied it had. When I tried to leave a polite review on Peet's site that it has changed, they refused to post it. I took the tea to my favorite local coffee & tea store and they agreed. The local company's founder was mentored by Peet several decades ago and they have always bought Peet's tea but stopped when the quality dropped after Peet's combination with Mighty Leaf. I am sad to report that Peet's seems to have gone the way of all too many good companies. They grew too big and have left quality and even honesty behind.
